Hospitaality is poor. They dosent allow any kind of food includes soft drinks from out side. But in the cab they are selling those products in 200%-250% extra from the market rate.. they dosent provide any kind of power support for charging the mobile etc

One of the best multiplex in kodungalur and carnival cinemas too. While comparing with angamaly carnival it's far far better. I like the sound system and the AC more. The unique thing that i felt, what ever the time or day or seat the pricing is uniform while comparing with the other multiplexes.

Very bad experience, Booking my ticket online and I went to watch movie. They made me wait, first staff said only few people have come so cannot start the movie. Later after some time they said electricity not working and generator also not working. They could have informed this earlier instead of wasting my time.

For 2-3 months screen 3 is complaint, ie. picture resolution is very very low, very poor ... Not repaired till i saw ഇനി ഉത്തരം.... No use use of complaint... Complained whe we saw 'nna than case kodu'

Movie experience was satisfactory but customer service remains and seems to be one of the worst comparing any multiplex The online booking counter remains empty without staff all day. Even after booking a ticket online the customers have to wait in the queue to get printed tickets ... Which means wastage of convenience fee which is been taken from the customers during online booking

Not a big quality of watching experience .but this carnival entertainments is easily accesible in kodungallur. And they have parking and food court facilities even though quite expensive. These guys don't know to maintain the theatre and to maintain the customers. It's the second time am facing the issue of projector malfunction and leaving the theatre. This is really shameful and not recommend any others to visit this theatre. It's not at all premium for which the price they are charging. Really a bad experience 😡.

Have travelled the length and breadth of our country watching movies... Shud say, this is the worst I have experienced in almost every angle... Right from the atrocious behaviour of the security at the parking lot to the quality of the screen... High time the Carnival people think of closing down this and spare the investment in some better ventures... Atleast they can save their brand name....

Can say we are being charged more for what they serve . Good cushioned seats. Other than that not worth for spending 130 for a ticket ! screen and sound not so good compared to the other theaters at Kodungallur

You must go here if you want to see a good 3d movie. The screen and the 3d tech. Is just amazing. The other theaters in the 25km radius ain't worth it. I miss this theatre so much in this situation. You will get VIP seats in this theatre and also you can enjoy every movies with comfort.good sound effect. But only thing I didn't like is you can't bring any snacks from outside. If bring you will not allow to enter. And also there is inside snacks store were you can purchase snacks. But little bit expensive

Seats full of dust, Poor screen resolution, worst sound systems overall disastrous experience. Donnow for what value they are buying 140 ₹ per tkt.

Nice ambience. Nice seating, nice snacks and service. Well placed in the heart of Kodungallur town in Mughal mall.

Lift is switched off and people and to climb all 3 floors. Quality of the screen(movie) is also bad.

Bad experience . AC is not working all side.Many Seat is damaged premium seat is full of waste. I ordered cheese popcorn on book my show . I said the counter before the movie start. They say cheese popcorn not available and arrange cheese popcorn and give to you at intervals. but they didn't give chesse popcorn . Give so much salted popcorn. Over priced foods and only popcorn is available

Love this place large screens,overall ambiance and seating of the theatre is very comfortable and good.Picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is really nice.

Worst screen and sound quality. Better to watch movies like PS1 in home television, than watching here.
