Extremely pathetic food and service. Ordered Veg cutlet for family along with Tea and Coffee in the evening. Veg cutlet was having sour taste (felt spoiled) and hence didn't eat. Both tea and coffee were a disaster. The restaurant staff were also rude. Wash rooms and even the kitchen (at least the area we could see) were terrible and unclean. Would suggest considering better dining options instead of this restaurant.

Ine star for the vegetarian restaurant and food. The food was good. But the pricing is overrated. Coffee is 22 rs and the quantity is too less for that price. The hotel rooms are pathetic as per the price they buy. Bathroom is not hygienic with lots of cracks over the wall. They do not provide anything as complimentary even after buying lot of money. The behaviour from front staff was very rude.

Terrible washrooms and a dark ambience We did a quick stop over last night for a vegetarian dinner. Was quite happy initially as there was no crowd, however realised it's only because these guys are pathetic with hygiene Few of our family members immediately rushed out of the wash and washroom areas requesting us to leave and not fine there. Reducing stars for all except Parking (which is huge and in close proximity to highway) ONLY because hygiene should stand above all when you serve food to people

I just had breakfast from here twice while travelling. Masala dosa, vada poorimasala are tastey. Tea and coffe are also good. But it is not spacious and do not have enough sunlight or light inside. environment is not much good. And i dont think it is one of the hotels from original aryaas group.

Had the misfortune to take breakfast from this hotel on route to guruvayur on 2nd July 2022. I had Poori Bajji at around 8 AM here. By 1 PM severe vomiting and loose motion started and by 3 PM i was hospitalized. It was staphylococcus infection due to old dough used for poori. Horrible experience it was. The hotel is selected for food by many people due to availability of parking space. But the inside ambience and food is so bad. Beware of this hotel and take your own risk while dining here. be ready to get food poisoning at any moment after dining here.

Got in for a cuppa after a long drive. As expected the brew was refreshing. Didn't try anything else, so not sure. The washroom definitely needs some attention towards cleanliness.

"IRRESPONSIBLE and WORST ATTITUDE" I give rating as 1 for the taste of the food as it was just okay. I would want to give a '-5' rating if I had a choice. You can see the curd's bowl is very small and they charge you Rs10 for each bowl, which even the hotels which give it for free give more than this. Also the bowl had only half of it. That is worst. When I checked with the manager/cashier, he refused to reply and was busy collecting the cash and sending me away *** They are just spoiling the name of the hotel chain *** Worst attitude from management side

Food was ok, but rooms were very old and in pathetic condition. Walls were dirty, the ceiling started peeling off. Dirty or unwashed pillow covers and a closed room smell all over the room. Totally unmaintained and with less hygiene. We took the room only for a few hours, as we just needed a small break between (Coorg-->Kollam) trip. Also there were no other hotels in that area. Will get only in Cochin area. Hence we took it as we couldn't sit and drive continuously for another hour. Normal room rate 1100 AC room 1400.

Hotel Aryas have a very good ambience. Good parking area, shady sorroundings and an easily accessible location. Food is very tasty. Selected north Indian dishes, enchanting filter coffee, tasty tea and coolers, and satisfactory service. Super clean toilet adds to the comfort!

Good to grab a quick one through the journey be it lunch, dinner, or breakfast. The atmosphere is a bit crowded but okay. Not many varieties to try but the food is promising

Honestly, I felt so messy and food was not so tasty. Wait time is on a higher side.I had food here 4yrs back and the taste was better than what I had today. Just that we do not have much options available in that area, this hotel is a move on, else, you may fill the blank (). Lot of scope on improvement, taste and the quality can be much better. Hopefully next travel on that route may change the opinion and the rating, if incase taste changes.

The food tastes good but it is blatantly overpriced. Masala dosas and ghee roasts coming at Rs 70 and Rs 78 respectively! And their sizes are so pathetic that it could probably fill the tummy of only an upper-primary school kid. And when we complained about it, the man at the counter just smirked and told us that nobody else had placed such a complaint. Clearly they are taking ill-advantage of the Aryas brand name and the monopoly they enjoy at Mathilakam as the only vegetarian hotel around. Taste and portions apart, the place is ill-lit, especially the inner dining area. The wash area and bathrooms are quite repulsive. They are really dirty with wall tiles coming apart here and there.

We have gone in for breakfast, food is good as far as breakfast is concerned. We ordered puri bhaji, dosa and masala dosa. All were very good. They keep 2 types of chutney and sambhar on the table and can have as much as you want. It tomato chutney was very good. I was satisfied after having breakfast. Rarely I had this feelings after having food from hotel. Washroom is an issue need to work on that and need maintenance for sure. Good thing is it has ample parking place which very necessary for traveller's.

I had an opportunity to visit the restaurant. The food is tasty and quality is also good. They Serve the food on banana leaf. The washroom, toilet etc is dirty and very less hygiene...

The food was very good. We had mysore masala dosa nd tea. The service was fast and taste was very good. The premises need a coat of paint. The place looks very badly maintained. The sofas at the hotel reception was torn. Visit for good food

Had our breakfast from here. Tried their vada set. Chutney and vada tasted good and felt the red chutney bit spicy. Good service as well.

No hygiene, serves food with bare hands. We went for breakfast, the waiter just kept the dosa, idly onto the leaf with his hands (he was not even wearing gloves) we left the restaurant without having the food. Terrible experience.

Worst service and poor quality food for lunch. No hygiene, and overpriced sadhya meals with no one to serve even rice. Waiting time is too high, very dirty plates. Sadhya was served with just rice and sambhar and these 2 items cost was set to full meals price. The paysam was spoilt and was smelling bad.

Visited the restaurant and felt not upto the quality we would be expecting from aryaas if it is aryaas only there is no pleanty of dining area as it seems to be congested and no tables are meant to be private as there is no 4 chaired tables

When we entered there is no one inside the hotel and the staff is sitting and taking as there is no work.we assume all items are prepared early and just add or heating when we ordered. Washroom is not good as we can see,it should be some what good and clean.price are moderate. people who services are less and should be good. Food quality 7/10 Food Quantity 6-8/10 staff 6/10

Good. Need lot of improvements in customer service

Usually I do not give bad remarks but Veg restaurant was good . Simple meals moderately priced . . but the waiters are not well mannered. For every thing they would say not available or it will be charged extra. For a simple lemon they argued that they cannot give. I think the communication and customer services should be better..

Tasty food at moderate price, quick and efficient service are the positives. 6 at one table causes problems of sharing with strangers especially when a family is at the table. It would have been better if the common pattern of 4 at a table is arranged. Perhaps due to the pandemic service is limited to just one hall of maximum 40 to 45 people

Hotel have a good well maintained parking lot which can accomodate upto 15 cars... and clean food service. Bathrooms and washing areas are also well maintained.

Good place for dining. But some areas are under renovation i guess when we went. A good choice for veggies especially with a Tamil nadu taste in thatbparticular area

One of the best vegetable hotels in Trissur and also it is very close to National High Way. There we have enough parking space available. Good hospitality and they are serving delicious food also.

Highly recommended!! A good vegetarian option near Kodungalloor. It is easily accessible from Ernakulam Guruvayoor highway. Delicious food and good service by the staff. There is ample parking space too

We ordered two meals and one veg biriyani.. It was ok if you are choosing this areas as filling ur stomach coz of hungry else i never suggest this hotel bcz currys are average, the staffs are good but food was average
