The Food is really good, best place for delicious breakfast. But they are charging for unwanted stuffs like parcel, extra chutney, etc. And it seems like they are decreasing the size of the dosa and vada day by day.

Recommended Pure Vegetarian Restaurant next to Thriprayar SreeRama Swami Temple. I used to have food from this place at different times and the Taste remains same. I tried their Masala Dosa (₹60), Ghee Roast (₹55), Poori Set (₹60), Chappati Set (₹45), Medu Vada & Tea (₹12). Even they sell Home made Pickes, Chips and other products. *Prices I mentioned are of 03/05/2023 Parking : Temple paid parking area.

Only eat hot vada Nothing else is good. Before they served best food in town but after established they compromised in quality & quantity.. Large amount of Water content in coconut chutney, tomato chutney, it's been years i didn't get thick chutney from this hotel. They must improve their quality

It doesn't have the basic amenities of wash room for ladies and gents. A place that looks to be in need of urgent maintenance. Not recommended for travellers.

To be honest, I've had breakfast at this hotel every time I've visited the temple. I had it 20 years ago. At the time, the cuisine was quite excellent and delectable. However, they no longer have that real flavour. Aside from the dosa, the vada was great, however they are no longer up to standard. We used to buy pickles there, but they now appear to sell different brands. I'm not sure if it's their own label.

I order coffee but they gave me this.I would say 100% careless behavior from the supplier guy. I didn’t make it an big issue because honestly their masala dosa is very tasty and this is the first time i had this kind experience. So please do the proper action on this regard

It is the best dosa hotel in TPR.. The masala dosa is really really good and comes with tasty , but besides the great food the owner is very kind, nice and makes you feel welcome, he even asked us if we want it spicy or not before we did. Go and try! Ghee roast is also very delicious too After paryer in the thriparyar temple I went to lakshmi hotel and eat masala dosa and vada Vada is very very tasty.......m

A hidden gem of a restaurant. Highly underrated. Probably among the top 5 masala dosa and vada joints in Thrissur district or all of Kerala. The service is quick and the food is simple yet very tasty. The prices are very reasonable. The only thing to improve would be the wash area and the Sambar. Note- they don’t have branches. This place is the real deal.

I am person who is recommending this hotel to everyone but last time I visited the food tasted so bad , they are losing their old taste , their vada is still getting hold compared to other dishes and my rating will be 3/5 then why one star? It’s because of the ultimate bad serviece we have ever received , as customer we have waited for more than 30mins after ordering , got 2 masaladosha my father ordered uyunu vada and they have never served that , we waited until abt 1hr and still not get informed other waiters also 🫰such a super bad quality service I have ever received

Usually the restaurants near any famous temple will be a bad experience for the devotees. But here the condition is entirely different. Very good service and tasty food at a reasonable price.

Unlike other hotels near by popular temples here Food quality good. Long wait, washing area not that hygienic, no wash rooms seen(may be my ignorance),billing, payment etc delayed

Loved masala dosha. Waiters were very kind and friendly regardless of the rush in the hotel. Uzhunn vada also is a must try.

One of the best veg hotels at Triprayar. They try to keep up their name. It's an old hotel, next to Sri Rama temple. Good taste. They only serves breakfast and dinner.

  • 5/5 Naren N. 1 year ago on Google
If you are nearby then this place is a must go place. The dosas and the urad dal vadas are simply the best. Evenings they serve a raw onion and chilly chutney which is out of the world. You might also want to take home some of their pickles and masala powders. All of which has a home made taste to it. They also do home delivery in and around Thriprayar for a charge.

Just in front of the main entrance of Thriprayar Temple. Most of the crowd coming out of the temple choose Lakshmi cafe during Morning and Evening. Food is tasty but there are lot of opportunities for improvement. No parking facilities as it is in front of the temple. All types of Dosa, Idly and Poori are good. It will be too rush in the mornings of weekend especially Sunday.

Great food - Vada, dosa and chutneys. The filter coffee was superb too. What struck me was the service person and his high spirits and energy, while doing a mundane thankless job - utterly amazed!!!

A good old traditional coffee shop next to the temple. Good prepared by people who look after their guests as their family members. Should never miss this place if you are visiting Triprayar

  • 2/5 Arthi B. 1 year ago on Google
Taste is good. If we have idly at hotel they will give sambar and 2 types of chutney. But if we asked for parcel they are not giving sambar and also they include parcel charge. For 2 idly the are giving half a spoon of chutney. I dont understand the concept here.. idly cost is decided including sambar why the hotel is not ready to give sambar when we ask for parcel.Worst service and looting money day by day.

The place was ok, it's a traditional resturant which serves quality vegetarian food. The menu is actually limited and the cleanliness is not top class, the place can be a good choice in case of emergencies but nothing more.
