Been a regular customer for over 3 years. So I guess I can say a thing or two about the quality and service. Pros:(1). You can be yourself here. No weird stares or comments. The place is perfect for couples and modern families looking for a long chilling meal. (2) that's pretty much it. Cons: the owners know the fact that they're the only ones providing the kind of service targeted for modern society, and are taking maximum advantage of it. The wait time is absurd. It's really expensive for what you get. The food quantity have been reduced soooooo much, and the western dishes are def not something to look forward too, especially the drinks. The native Kerala items are okay okay, but too oily. Just because people don't have nowhere else to go, doesn't mean this kinda daylight robbery should be done. They should increase the number of staff with proper training. And def reinvent the pricing and menu. After all is said and done, I'll have to go here again because at the end of the day, there really aren't any other options that I know of.

Overall experience at Palaaram is good. The snacks, the quick bites they provide, are pretty good. If you are traveling through paravur to Ernakulam, or passing by paravur, then Palaaram won't disappoint you, in terms of snacks and quick bites. Tea, coffee and juices they provide are good and keep up to the standard. The main drawback is... Parking, though Palaaram is easily accessible, the parking space is limited,and waiting in the road to get the parking space, is hectic. The restroom was clean and we'll maintained. Pricing was normal and acceptable..... Make sure you don't go on a weekend or crowded time.... The parking issue will kill the thrill

My experience at this restaurant was not that good. I must say that the ambiance of this restaurant is really good, we ordered fried rice, chilly chicken, veg sandwiches, and fresh lime juice after ordering we had to wait for around 20 to 30 minutes for the food to be served, and the food served was not hot at all, it felt like it was prepared hours before and the taste of the chilly chicken was very unsatisfactory and we had asked for veg sandwiches but they served chicken sandwiches only after taking a bite to eat we came to know it was chicken so please double check before you start eating.

Except for the waiting time to serve your order the overall experience at Palaaram is good. Great customer service and the quality of the food is also great. The parking space is limited. The restroom was clean and well maintained.

Very bad quality food and that too after 1.5 hours delay in delivery. Giving raw partially cooked raw maida to eat as porotta. Not expected from a hotel that charges you more than any hotels nearby

A authentic restaurant with variety of dishes, cakes and pastries. Good lighting with ambience inside. Separate parking space behind the restaurant. The choice of traditional items make a difference. Veg and No Veg options are there.

The waiting time is horrible. I went the resto by 6:40pm and ordered around 6:45pm and I got by food by 7:30pm. I don't think it's normal. And the experience with staff was like " if you want you can sit ". But I can't express my feelings to the chef, I ordered "kappayum erachiyum " I thought it's a cooked food. To the customers like me,only I have to say that don't be a fool to believe them.

Good place to dine.. Variety foods and ravishing taste.. Good ambiance and they have one branch on Kakkanad.

Visited here last Sunday for lunch, was crowded. Good food and good service. Not very spacious, but it was neat & clean. Easy to locate and ample space for parking. I would recommend it to everyone.

We had two Kids meal combo, 2 kutti combos with Beef burger, Veg sandwich and milkshakes. We also had Gobi Kondattom. The food was decent. The ambience was fine. Space for parking and dine-in is limited.

Just went here. Ordered 2 soups creamy tomato and veg sour soup. The bread crumbs in the creamy tomato was too much oily ruining the taste. Sour soup didn't had any sour flavor instead had too much crushed pepper corns making it unable to eat. Had cold coffee it was okay-okay. And then had honey glazed paneer. It was good maybe the only good dish I had today. Service was very much late. And even if both the soups were left unattended they didn't asked anything just like pay the bill and leave! Much bad experience!!!

Bad customer service. Recently ordered a brownie with ice cream. They packed the sauce and brownie together and by the time it reached home it became brownie soup. And inedible. Asked the restaurant for replacement and also to pack the sauce and brownie seperate. But they were arguing that their way of packing is the right and all. All we ask for is good food for the money we spent. If I wanted to eat melted brownie i should have ordered brownie shake. Not this. Very bad customer service.

This is the original, parent restaurant of Palaaram chain. This restaurant is situated near Paravur court, and being adjacent to a residence, it gives a perfect heritage dine vibe. As always, Palaaram is our go-to place, when we want to try some delicacies from the various sub-cuisines of Kerala. Certain dishes on the menu would even be unheard of, but trust me, you will not regret ordering those. The taste, and service is truly commendable.

Brownie was very good.. Porotta roll was so bad don't order it🥲 french toast is more of a bread pori without ellu in it😝

Tried beef and Puttu from there kutti combo. Beef curry was a flop. Very plain gravy. But friends tried neychoru beef and Puttu chicken combo that was a hit.

Beef burger is tasty. They have many varieties of milk shakes. We tried 2 and were satisfied. Interior is beautifully decorated and clean. Only problem is parking. They have space for parking may be 5 small cars. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

A beautiful little Restaurant at north parvoor. Went there for dinner tried. Tomato cream soup chemmeen pollichathu with Chapati and Red velvet pie.. Tomato soup - was creamy, it was ok as I like it more of tomatoish! Chemmeen pollichathu - was ok Red velvet pie is something that I loved there are many other options under dessert..

Previously Palaaram used to be a good place, but now the quality is compromised especially of the chicken, egg and beef items. Good place and nice ambience for a tea and snack. But I won't recommend Biriyani or heavy items. Staffs are really friendly, person in counter is also really professional. I wish they regain the standards, with respect to non vegetarian items, like they used to have previously. Don't know if this is the case with other outlets also.

The ambiance was good bt taste of foods were avarage. We had kunjipathiri Beef, kozhipidi, pathiri paal mukiyath ,tharavu curry and dragon chicken. Drogon chicken was really good.kunjipathiri beef was an average item , in kozhipidi the number of chicken pieces was very less and i can't feel any flavour on it .

Worst food ever ... They have a really slow delivery... And deliver spoilt food items... And the number which is provided itself is a fake number... I ordered an item which was full of froth... Guess it was cooked a day ago.....

Best place go to have some varieties of desserts. But for main course varieties are low. Last time I ordered a chicken kurumulakithathu but had over taste of curry leaves and garlic.

I got takeaway from here, the packing, ambience, staff behaviour were all good and much better than a lot of other places. Buthe food could have been a little more impressive, having said that ; for the prices at which dishes were quoted it was great value for money. You guys have huge potential to carve out a space for you, and making mediocre food and settling for less, you are loosing out on a big oppurtunity.

Good ambiance, tasty affordable food, good service. The wait is long but its worth it. Every single dish was very tasty and affordable.
