One of the best vegetarian restaurant located in the heart of the city of ernamkulam. Very near by lulu mall.From the exterior it looks like an air-conditioned restaurant but it's not,Probably the restaurant with most parking space around the. Area. Ideal for big group s ,they have at least 60 seating capacity.Clean and well maintained place.Only see through kitchen in the area, considering the seating capacity wash area is little dull.We have to take token first then hand it over to the waiter ,which seems odd to me.Expect for the price and delay in servicing it's not bad. Food quality is good.

Masala dosa and ghee roast was fine, chutneys and sides were alright. Nothing special

Rarely tries fully vegetarian and have specific choice of restaurants so. This time I tried this because I had enough time for my friend to come and pick me up. Also had some good memories of their earlier outlet in MG road. But this time it was a permanant good bye to this place as the food quality was horrible. The place is good may be for a cup of coffee and has good parking. Else as far as the taste of the food is concerned it's hopeless.

Best available standard veg hotel at Edappally centre. Take tokens before you seat. Be it meals or snacks you need to pay the bill then be seated. Food to be rated on better side. Service lags a bit on rush hours. They have a mini party hall on the first floor for small veg gatherings.. Sadhya available on all days. Parking available for 10 cars.

Food was alright. Pretty underwhelming menu size. Good service, and good parking, if you can actually get there. Vegetable biryani is pretty good. Onion oothappam was very thick and the chutneys didn't feel as good as you'd expect. They didn't have chilli/onion chutney either so that was a letdown. Lime juice was amazing, and so were their rice meals. Loved all the "koottu-curries" and all "upperis". They're definitely known for their lunch rice meals, so go for it, if you're a fan of naadan sadhya.

I'm completely dissatisfied with both the food and services. My order of masala dosa was disappointing – the potatoes were undercooked, and the masala taste wasn't up to par. The attached picture reveals the black color of the potatoes. I won't be recommending this hotel anymore, and I have no intention of dining here again. It feels like a waste of money.

Great food and food value for money. The service is prompt. You need to pay in advance the orders you need to place. Payment can be accepted via UPI and Card payments. Great job team Ambiswamy.

Good place for good & tasty food. I ordered sambar idly, cheese dosa, butter dosa and 2 coffees the bill amount was around 350 which was not expensive. Worth for money. Cheese dosa was too good you can it without any side dish, tasted like pizza. Slightly disappointed with sambar idly, taste was not up to the expectations but more in quantity.

The worst service I’ve ever had in my span . Food was just OK. But the service and the attitude towards the customer was utter negative. Almost all the waiters are north Indians. even the bill counter guy don’t know the price of a vada. 🫠🫠. They were talking to the customers with hand signals ✋🏽👍🏽🤛🫰🏼.. i asked the price of a vada. Got a signal.😣 Again i asked for some extra chatny, got another signal.(waited extra 5min after i had that vada) Asked for a sugar less coffee. Got another hand signal and delivered a high sugar coffee, then again waisted my 10 min and got one. Bill first, food next. This is the rule here. But there is no board or sign to show that instructions. 😶😶😶 “An institution is incomplete without a proper service (especially the attitude) and customer friendly fellows”.. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Best Onam sadya..Great traditional spread in reasonable rates. Authentic sadya is served in banana leaf with payasams.Service is also quick. Highly recommended.

Well managed family restaurant with delicious food and fast service. It’s in Edapally junction. Amble parking space and also good dining area. They served a crispy tasty rich dosa with various chutney and also the best coffee.

Below my expectation. Food was just ordinary. Only plus point is ample PARKING and vast space outside where one have food maintaining all Covid protocol.

The food is great. puri masala is a must try. Authentic south Indian vegetarian food. But the token system is kind of weird. It's better than it used to be at a time. But still is kind of confusing for first time customers.

Went with family for breakfast....It's very busy...had to wait for 15 min before being seated. We ordered Poori set, butter masala dosa, masala dosa, appam & Kurma with chaya & black tea. Butter masala Dosa was the best.

A fine vegetarian restaurant, usually bit crowded, but can find s seating easily for you. Wide variety of dishes served and service is very fast. Need to pick up your bill before taking your seat. They have a open kitchen. The entire premises is clean and well maintained. Adequate parking space is available.

An average veg restaurant in the busy edappally toll junction. ok ok restaurant only . A busy food joint. You can come eat and go. We have to pay upfront, that itself will spoil the eating experience. I am a person who likes to sit , go through the menu.. try one item , then another like that.. but this hotel won't give that option.. standard items.. if u r looking for a quick bite and go.. and if u prefer veg .. this is a good option

Visited in March 2023. We had Ghee roast, podi roast dosa, paneer noodles and masala dosa. Apart from the noodles all others tasted great. Paneer noodles was okay, nothing exceptional. All the masala dosas were awesome, one of the best I have eaten. We then ordered lime juice, avil milk and dry fruits shake. All these drinks tasted awesome. Overall, the food quality & taste is just great. Recommended dish - Podi roast dosa, masala dosa, avil milk & Dry fruits shake.

Just a normal vegetarian restaurant with South Indian items. Filter coffee was good. The food was really filling.

Delicious food. Superfast service. Toilets can be cleaner. Freshly cooked. Massive kitchen. They're not messing around with it. The food is just tip notch.

Good south Indian food. Token has to be taken and then give to servers. This unusual process is the only disadvantage. But the food makes up for it.

The Place is clean and all and the food can be said as average not that much good. There is token system where you have to order the food and pay for it at the beginning itself. When you're coming from Vytila side, better to take route from the left side to enter the restaurant.

Food mediocre and service terrible. No excuse. A silly prepaid system after which the waiters serve as per their convenience. Even then the food is not brought at once and after a while you have to remind them of the remaining food to be brought. If you want something extra, you'll have to do the process once again. Complete Self service would've been way better. Recommended the owners to visit KFC or any proper fast food joint if they really want to go that route...

Very disappoiniting experience.... Food was just average.... White rice was half boiled.... Very very poor service.... No provision for drinking water on tables.... They charge 90 rs for veg meals and serve without a payasam... Curries were also not so much satisfying.... Their mode of self service provision also very bad.... They provide sambar in small quantity and if we want extra sambar we have to get up while eating and go and take all the curries.... Why can't they provide sambar and all in the table itself..... Veg meals Not worth at all for the money....

Not another Bhavan or Aryaas which you come across on the highway,Food was tasty and the surroundings were very clean. Probably the best time to visit is in the afternoons for lunch,The Staff are super friendly too.

Ambiswamy is absolutely distinct from its competitors as they focus on token system , wherein you will have to pay money first and then show the paid bill to the bearer who will then bring your order. Now coming to the quality and taste of the food served here , this very outlet of ambiswamy situated right at the heart of edapally was a disappointment! Ghee roast , Masala dosa and Pongal were just average. Even the Pongal failed to impress ! The only thing I loved here was the Coffee , it was just perfect. The prices of items are reasonable. This place also houses ample parking space! Hope you’ll improve the quality and taste of the food you serve !

Vada was not very crispy and it was cold. Masaladosa tasted average only. It was too hot inside and very noisy. You can smell everything they prepare in the open kitchen.

It is located in the heart of Edapally junction. No difficulty to find the same. I was take Coffee and vada only. The same was was good.

Didn’t like the token system. The service is quick and the prices are low. The food is average. It’s not convenient to order another dish once you have sat down to eat because of the token system. Good location and there’s parking too.

Food was just ok. Don't expect much, for quick snack you can choose it if you wish to. I ordered masala dosa. It was ok and vada was nice, crispy. I think this is the only veg restaurant situation around the mall. This place has amble parking space and situated in the main road side, just close to lulu mall and edapally traffic signal. I won't suggest this place is must try.

Podi Masala dosa is a Excellent variety of dosa from Ambiswamys vegetarian Restaurant Edappally.Also they have special dosa varieties made of some healthy grains. Tasty and well prepared.

Food tasty, good service, kitchen open, enough parking Service personnel in the serving space infront of the kitchen uses bare hands to take food items. Some used masks.It is good to use mask not only in covid period but other times also because it will prevent droplets falling in food.

Good food. But was somewhat crowded. They had fast delivery though they gave the chappathis fastly we started having it slowly but curries like gobi manchurian and paneer butter masala were served late after 10 minutes. By the time chappatis already got finished. And we had to order an another set to complete curries.
