No swimming pool facilities available. They have meeting room, banquet hall, waves Restaurant and 4 types bar. Staffs are very polite and professional. Room service is excellent. Food also very tasty. Room rates are reasonable to compare other properties in that locality. It's a 3 star hotel with 4 star facilities... I recommend for this hotel to everyone.

A good hotel with awesome dining, Enjoyable Place Value for money

The car park is good. The rooms, corridors and ambience is good. The bathroom had hot water always and AC was good. The room had balcony which gave a feeling of extra space. The in- house restaurant service was bad. Had to wait too long for our lunch. The complementary breakfast said 7am but when we checked at the reception they said 8 am. It's a good rest place if your visiting the Shrine of Apostle Thomas.

The road is narrow and traffic is very high. But the hotel is very good. Very helpful and friendly staff.

it's a good , well kept restaurant.... restrooms were very clean ... so good for family to hav a break... only thing to know is....they hav a bar... but its in ground floor and access is not same to the restaurant.... they hav good parking space....

We went for lunch while coming on the way back from Cherai beach.....it was a treat to our taste buds and we two families with four toddlers were able to eat peacefully and stomach full as service was on time as well as on demand.The show stopper Rabbit dish was awesome 👍 Thanks to the staff making it possible and definitely will recommend everyone who passing by to dine here .

One of best stay in Kochi , staff members are really humble and helpful . And food was also really tasty, we were in Kerala for 9 days and struggled to find the best food, at last we found in this hotel.

It was lovely staying at harbour hotel. The best things I loved about this hotel are - the staff (specially Prashant) - the quality of everything including rooms - Food was very very very good. - the best policy is 24 hour checkout from the time when you checked in. Highly recommended.

Food delayed more than 45mins and Ac was not working properly and it's too hot.

I was in the Hotel for a meeting in the evening with friends. The service of employees has to be appreciated 👍. The food was yummy 😋 . When all things come into the way we had a great evening.

A few days ago my friends and I went there and it was a very good experience. The food was very good. Specially their chatti chore.. as well as porota.. The bar is well maintained by them. The touches are very good

We actually had the opportunity to stumble upon this beautiful place while coming from Cherai. Nice ambiance, excellent food and pleasant environment. The food quality was commendable at a very affordable price as well.

Being the only hotel in the area it maintains it's standards with quality rooms,clean and neat atmosphere and tasty food.The hotel is attached with two bars. This is the only place available near to Sree Narayana Mangalam Management Institute if you are looking to write one of your competitive exams there. Autos are available right outside if you want to travel locally or to Ernakulam(approximately 700-800INR).

There are 3 bars in this . Local bar not crowded but staffs were totally drunk they don't even know the names of the brand which I asked, then I tried ac bar which was too crowded fortunately I got corona beer last bottle left in that bar but it was too of messy with so many glass, plates broken within 10 mins which I spend there . Due to intoxicated customers . And what I hated most is that at time of payment cashier behavior is so unprofessional and rude. 1 more executive ac bar is available which I dint tried.

I would recommend this hotel for stay with family. I love the hospitality and restaurant food. Thanks to the receptionist lady for being very patient and kind.
