this place was once abuzz with hyper activities. when food is primary for many people, clean and spacious toilets are primary for some others.... and this restaurant serves the purpose for all such people. gobi 65. ordered first time in more than a year, they said!!!! enjoyed every bite. filter coffee is great. food has always been tasty and well served too.

Very neat and clear.... We can eat with satisfaction... Problem i felt with food is its not kerala style biriyani's,, more flavours added with lots of coriander leaves... But its very tasty.. Price is affordable and big daining area.

Delicious veg food. The place is located near to highways. Many tourists and tourist buses use to stop here for food. There is a petrol bunk near to this place, so they can fill fuel too. There are lots of variety of veg foods available here. The food items have a Tamil traditional flavour. The chutneys and sauces are really authentic in taste and absolutely consistent. The dosas and rice items are best in their list.

Amazing location and adequate parking is something that is amazing about this restaurant. The green chutney was kinda spicy and o loved it. The white chutney and masala was also nice. Not the greatest veg spot around but still pretty great.

Food is okay but very pathetic service. We had a bus to catch from the same location and had about 1.5 hours of time, so planned to have a peaceful dinner at this place. But as soon as we got in with luggage, they asked us to wait outside. When we told them that we want to have dinner here, they gave us a table and forced us to order even before we settled on the chairs. And when asked for 5 mins, waiter's reaction seemed like "I might loose some 100 customers in this much time". While we were looking at the menu, 3 waiters told us to either order immediately or leave the premises. We ordered and food came in about 5 to 10 minutes. Waiter continuously stared at us once they delivered the food at the table, which made me and my wife very uncomfortable. It was very difficult to eat with them staring even after every single minute or less. When we again asked for menu to order some more items the waiter literally said "abhi tak hua nhi kya"; though it was only 10 minutes that we took to consume the food. We ordered something to drink and before we could complete, they gave us the bill. In no mood to argue, we paid the bill and came out without any further delay. Bad choice from my side to have dinner at such inhospitable place. Also, they had very limited options available from the menu. Not sure if that constraint was specifically for us only. To all the people planning to have dinner at this place as it is very near to the bus pickup point, please go for some other option.

Unhygienic, waiter don't know how to behave well. Ordered meals and they did not give rice. When we asked rice waiter said that eat chappathi first then we will serve Rice. What the hell? Why he is insisting us to have chappati first? Very poor management. Health department must do something. I won't recommend anyone & we will never visit here.

Neet and clean. Amazing food. I just had breakfast here, honestly it was almost full. The customers are loving Abhirami, that's what morning rush. They gave me yellow kesari, really impressed.

About this place 1st it was a veg restaurant, they have everything in one place like juices, Sweets, Breakfast and lunch. So can fill your stomach with all the large menu and find everything in one place.

Too bad experience with this hotel because we were eating the food continuously within last an hour and after that we did wait for a 5 min and after that i wanted to order the coffee but the staff was started misbehaving with us and said no more orders in very rude language we were requested to the manager for wait a while but he denied our request and said wait outside you are eating slowly thats why no orders anymore.. This was our pit stop for a trip to vagamon, we had breakfast and lunch too.. this restaurant has a good sitting space with AC and NonAC areas.. I thought I would try some kerala breakfast and ordered idiyappam, it was good, the chutney was spicy but went well with idiyappam. Coffee was very good too.. Coming to lunch, they have an unlimited thali offering, 2 chapati rice.. veg moilee.. avial... Rasam.. and many more they serve for 100 rs here and I would say it's the best veg thali I had in ernakulam.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. When we were giving order for our breakfast the staff was talking to another person and he seemed to have no interest in taking the order carefully. Then and there itself we felt that their service is poor. To add on to our disappointment,we didn't get what we ordered. We waited for so long. They only served my food, but did not bother to serve what my husband ordered. We waited patiently thinking that they might still be preparing the food. Even after me having my food, he didn't receive his. When we asked the concerned person he told that he wasn't aware about my husband's order. How can these people be so irresponsible? We felt really bad. Costumer should be given the utmost importance.

The place seemed okay from the outside but has pathetic service. They were unwilling to serve hot meals. When we protested to the person handling the reception that the food was cold, we were told that they can't heat it . Ridiculously low levels of customer service. Avoidable unless you are dying of hunger but be ready to "die" of cold food.

Few days back I visited there and at masala dosa ,vada and coffee.In my taste masala dosa and coffee was good to the price we gave.Vada was not crunchy.Cleanliness was good as I got good quality hand wash from there now these days some hotels are providing diluted looks like soap water handwashes to customers.I prefer to visit more and try other dishes. Restaurant by the side of NH with ample parking and dine in space. Had paneer masala dosa, regular masala dosa, kothu porotta and chilly porotta. It was first time having Paneer masala dosa which tasted different from the regular was a good try and the regular masala dosa tasted good. Chilly porotta one of my personal favorite was good as always. It was from Hotel Abhirami, Vazhakkala from where I had the chilly porotta a long time back while I was a kid, from then on the Chilly porotta became my favorite. Also tried out kothu porotta which had the chat masala flavor dominating.! Overall the food was good 😊

Having nice restroom & washing area which is kids friendly. They also have an A/C dinning area. Food is good; we tried porotta - average, meals - good & juice - average. Service is excellent. Washing area is clean & has a wash basin which is easily accessible by a kid. This in inside the A/C dinning area. I don't know how it's under other washing area.

Unfortunately there's no negative review option, if it was there, would have given that. Ordered chapati+curry set. Recieved 2 nano-sized chapati and bland curry for Rs. 55. 1 coffee is Rs. 26. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody. The place is basically extracting money out of customers for horrible food.

Found this hotel on the way to Cochin international airport, this is the only hotel we spotted opened around 9 :00 in the morning, so decided to took breakfast food was good and the price was reasonable and had decent parking space, then lunch also we took meals from there they served red rice and white rice (unlimited ), it's our choices red/white rice or combination of both
