We went in the evening. The dosa and coffee was pretty average, but the parippuvada was amazing. It’s very affordable and has that “old-shop” charm to it.

One of the traditional and old vegetarian restaurant @ thrissur. The food delivered are of top quality and unique taste. Most of the dishes are made with timber fire which helps to retain rhe nutrient value of the food and taste. I recommend this shop highly to anyone who wishes to have vegetarian food. They have very good tea and snacks as well. Do try the food at the restaurant.

An excellent vegetarian restaurant option in Ollur, Thrissur with an archaic charm with its wooden paneling traditional decor and cuisine.. It has been for decades a regular spot for foodies in Thrissur. Sree bhavan is my first (and sometimes only) preference for breakfast and lunch. The ambience is also very good with strains of instrumental version of classical songs playing for the diners. Highly recommended if you're looking for a high quality vegetarian meal! Masala Dosa is yumm.. and meals served in banana leaves. My mom likes onion oothappam from sree bhavan. Tea and coffee are average. Must visit the hotel for lunch and breakfast Whoever reaches Thrissur. Food is served real quick. The hand washing area and toilet could be maintained a bit more clean. A large parking area behind the hotel where many buses and cars can be parked easily.

We had lunch at Sree bhavan at Ollur. നല്ല ഊണ്. Everything was piping hot like Bharat hotel. Sambar was tastier (compared to Bharat), ചക്ക എരിശ്ശേരി was also very good. ഗോതമ്പ് പായസം was excellent. 👍 The service was outstanding. They feed you which is great experience. By the way, the ഏല അട at Sree bhavan is really good 👍

One of the worst veg restaurants out there. Totally unsatisfied. Ordered normal ghee roast in a non-peak time and got it after 30 mins. Tea was the worst i ever had in my life. Very bad customer service as well.

Considering as a good vegetarian restaurant we reached this hotel few days back... When we asked for washroom facility the waiters where arrogant... Shouted us to make order if food is needed.... As we travelled a lot and seeking for a break, we did not expect such a bad response from them .. anyway we left the hotel without having any food.. hope they will do better service in future 😃... If not pls be aware if anyone going

Great ambience with above average food. I didn't like the side dishes of my preference in the vegetable, not because of the cooking. Might change my opinion next time

Food quality is ok. Nothing very great, but not bad also. Before it used to be one of the best. But now quality of food and service had deteriorated.

Pure vegetarian hotel with good meals. Meals was extremely good and was served on a banana leaf which was in good condition. Almost busy all the time as the food is very delicious and a lot of people come around to have their meals from this place

This hotel is located right in the visicnity of the Ollur junction. The owner Swami is quite renowned in the restaurant/bar circles in Thrissur. My best picks from the items I have tried include Chapathi & Kuruma (this is probably the best Chapathi and Kuruma combination available in Thrissur, in my opinion) Special meals Poori Masala I have heard from multiple sources, that the owner have a farm and uses milk and related diary products from the cows there. The above information is not verified personally. We have a parking just behind the hotel with nearly 30 car capacity. Also, i have seen people smoking in the car parking area (which is an open area with some trees in one end, where the people do smoke) Toilet facility is available. Since it is close to the junction, there will be vehicle noises and also resonable crowd in the restaurant all the time. Overall one of the best places for clean vegeterian food.

Yesterday eve at around 7pm, I took out one masala dosa.. Quality was not up to the mark. Both type of Chutnies had a stale taste(വളിച്ച ചമ്മന്തി). I had to throw out the same..there was no veg hotels nearby,being sunday...which made my day horrible..😫.. Dear hotel owners, pls serve quality foods,which will help you to increase your reputation..moreover, serving food to the needy is a devine job..🙏

The meals are just superb. The ambience is also old era. Service is done in a hurry as people just keep coming so you cannot sit and eat at leisure. The atmosphere is too crowded... If you are looking for a quiet meal this ain't the place.

Fine veg restaurant with tasty dishes. I visited this restaurant for my dinner. We had masala dosa and ghee roast. Excellent preparation with real ghee taste. Filter coffee also was really good. Customer friendly staff. Wash area was little conjusted. Easily noticeable from main road.

Went there for breakfast on a Sunday, was very crowded at that time, had to wait for some time to get seat. Seeing the crowd thought food will be excellent....we had dosa, but very disappointing... chutney was watery and no salt, coffee was pathetic..only good thing is that the rates are very economical, and have parking facility. Considering the quality of food do not worth waiting at this restaurant 🙏

An excellent vegetarian restaurant option in Ollur, Thrissur with an archaic charm with its wooden panneling ,seating arrangement etc. It has been for decades a regular spot for foodies in Thrissur. We had the vegetable sadhya including payasam, rasam, morr , katti tayir and almost all accompaniments from a regular sadhya. It was one of the best we had in Thrissur which is abundant with multiple places famous for good sadhyas. Along with it we also had the Ela Ada which was mouth watering and something for which I plan to visit it frequently. Must visit 👍

A safe bet in Ollur area for vegetarian food. Hassle-free parking. Had tried Masala dosa and lunch there, liked them. Very old place and had remained that way.

Had lunch on banana leaf. It is a decent basic meal with sambar, rasam, butter milk, three vegetable curries and papadam. My expectation was a proper sadhya. But no regrets. It was a tasty meal at a reasonable price in a hygienic environment. Ample parking space

Each veg hotel has its own style of preparing dosa.... the sambhar, chutney will taste different and same goes for other curries/dishes.... I personally felt the dosa to be above average. Many do find the food excellent....
