Just a profit motive restaurant, They cut short menus. King Meal -k1 -k3 (Dont get fooled) This will be the last visit to chicking. -No free drinking water : Asking water to waiter is like a shameful act -No toilet for customers -They don’t serve as per menu. When questioned they reply it’s old menu. ❌Management of chicking is sole responsible for not training your staff well as well as just profit motive Business model. ✅Better Hotel Nearby: Emperor Restaurant , Chandapura kodungalore They will treat you better.

Chicking is always my first choice for fried chicken when I am at kodungallur as they have delivery, dine in, take away. Parking space is limited, really good ambience and the customer service there is absolutely fantastic even when it is crowded they manage it well... They also inform you in detail about all the offers. Food usually takes 15-20mins to be served. Overall a wonderful experience in the new and renovated chicking!!!

They have very good broasted chicken and attractive offers for combo meals. Its located near the chandapura signal, and its on the second floor. They have very good ambiance

As allways excellent food. Only a small problem i had was that i got sprite/7 up instead of cocacola.. Then they said that it was finished. Rest everything was nice and good.👍

We had ordered grilled wrap and there was an offer of delight chicken burger free. When we asked for it, the waitress argued that i ordered from the menu card and not the offer menu… later after a big talk gave a burger with only lettuce , chicken patty and a very flat broken bun. Not even an inch of cheese in it . It was tasteless

The chicken had good taste and quality. The grilled chicken was good in flavor.. Even though I went there twice, I didn't get the combo pack. They said there is no chicken stock. Didn't get wings and grilled... service was good.. there are more than 10 tables there. There is also a wide space. It is a good resturant to come with family or friends... food was received within 20 minutes after ordering.. cola, sprite, water available there... this is the best spot to get fried chicken in kodungallur....

Very baadddd experience ,the wings were the worst... it smells really bad... when i complaint they were like oh is that so then we can change....changing into what ? The same wings with perfume ? It's not about the efforts of changing the plates when someone complains but not let complains arise again matters more. Please try to serve good food, if you can't then try to shut down.

Their fried chicken is not upto the standards, I don't know how they coat the chicken , because it seems like they just toss in chilly powder, and it is so overpowering. The flavors you expect is not just there, the chicken is just bland with a spicy coating of maida. They charge so much for a bucket and it's not worth the money or hype. Never going in for fried chicken there anymore. Black coloured chicken, oily and greasy. No much flavour and hard to bite both chicken and the crust. And they serve half cooked food with its waste ..

One of the best service team from the chicking outlets I have encountered till date. They were so keen on explaining the orders and were ready to give us the best combo. And ultimately i got grilled chicken wings from the outlets. Usually majority of the outlets havent provided me with that as it would take much time. Nice tatste and best service.

Worst experience ever!! There was no coustomer when we entered in but all tables were messed up with the food n the staffs were standing idel whereas, the drinks was horrible I ordered ice tea which was like hell😵nd my cousin ordered mojito nd the result was same thankfully tht buger was fine. So buddies if u want to have a good food nd neat and clean service never nd ever try to get in this restaurant🙂

The worst of all is the behavior of their customer service, whoever is at the end of attending calls of order should just go for some anger management classes. He comes off across as very rude and arrogant. So Chicking management, if you are reading this, if you can't make proper food, atleast train your employees to treat customers with respect.

1st time trying this place, hugely dissapointed. I ordered a delivery. Food was late, staff had lied on the phone stating my food was on the way. Never came. Several times called and they put the phone down on you or reject calls. Food was over 1.5hrs. Food was cold. Pizza was like eating biscuits. Chips were dry like sticks. Only thing good was the driver being apologetic.

More spacious and better ambience than the previous outlet. Amicable staff and accessible location makes it a feel good place. Had good experiences while dining in, taking out and receiving home delivery.

As the gastronomical saying goes...never expect a KFC in any other chicken fries... keeping that i would give a four star...taste is okay, ambience is very nice, the Chiking guys should learn to reduce the extra oil in their fries as the look itself tends to spoil the appetite.
