This is well maintained resort. The staff is also polite and supportive. The location of this hotel is very prime. You will be able to get very nice background for each of your clicks. Cherai beach is just opposite to this hotel. You can hangout on the beach at night as well.

We were skeptically to get in. It was pleasant surprise. It was not crowded, but the food was good, especially the non veg was very good. Good for large groups . Ample space !!

We were a team of 20 (Group of family and kids). We really had a good time with Renai. Rooms were neat and clean. Very good hospitality. Food tastes good. They took care of each and every person on their needs with dinner / breakfast. But, can add some desserts and few more items to Breakfast. Best location. Door step beach access. Enjoyed well at the Swimming pool. Behind you have a scenic lake view. Staffs were very friendly. Value for money. Overall had an excellent experience. Thank you.

Recently visited this property, honestly speaking location is good but staffs were no t friendly, compliment breakfast very limited items, other food menu too costly very less quantity, seems they are getting enough cabbage and onion for low rates, for almost all dishes costs around 200+ , if you ask for any suggestion like why it is like this , reply will be like if you want eat, if don't want don't eat.. Our hotel is like this... Very very arrogant staff.. Cherai beach resort highly recommend for everyone who is planning to visit cherai. Never opt this property please 🙏

Very poor attitude towards customer…. Worst customer service I ever had in my life

Terrible service. Room service didn't work. Refused to give us cutlery and food options. Breakfast options are minimum and basic items are very overpriced. Room cleaning didn't happen despite reminder. Senior staff is rude, especially if you're an all women group staying attention to requests is nil. Felt like a old government establishment. Hotel rooms are decent and proximity to beach is great. If service is not priority then good option.

It was very bad service. This is my second experience in this hotel.. Hospitality was very poor. Girl's are not secured in this hotel. Reception lady behaviour is very poor.and talk like professional market lady... Friends do not prefer any one.....

Location.. can't be better. 50 m from the beach. Restaurant at hotel is good. Also great pool and back water views from the pool. Great price point. Book a suite for larger rooms. Superior rooms on mmt is ok for 2 people. My favourite room is 101 for the views. Breakfast is better than most places there but can do better. No complaints

Good resort with ok kinda facilities. The best thing is the proximity to Cherai beach. It's right opposite to the resort. They have a pool and some facilities for team events.

5 families book 5 rooms in this so called resort. Renai Blue Waters Cherai. Our demands…only one All the 5 rooms be adjacent to each other. Not just that we were not given adjacent rooms, we were given the ends of the corridor, so that the first thing that we experience is dejection. On top of that, the a/c in one of the rooms conked off and they took 5 hours to set that somewhat straight, but never perfect. Imagine the interventions of technicians into a family room which has a toddler. The charges that were levied were Rs 4,000 per room and for that kind of money , it left us high & dry, and a bad taste in our mouth, instead of leaving us pleasant. This is not service. There was no service. If anyone is planning a trip this side, please avoid this place. It will take away all that pleasures that you might otherwise get from a trip.

Room stay is good. You can reach beach just by crossing the road. Restaurant can be closed. Other than a very basic breakfast, they don't cater any needs for a lunch or dinner

Okay is one word for this hotel. They potrait this as 4 star hotel, but doesn't look like 4 star, hotel is under renovation. Cost of 4k per night is bit high. Even though it's easily accessible to Cherai beach, but the price is on higher note. They provide complementary breakfast and there is no WiFi coverage in our room, not sure if they have one. They have very few menu in restaurant and that too they serve in room due to renovation. Overall it's okay to stay if one don't expect much for the price they pay.

Excellent Foos, Great Service

The property was under renovation and despite that bookings were given with no intimation about the ongoing renovation.... We had to literally go and request for the lawn lights to be switched on.... that too on the New Year eve... And the day time reception staff can be a lot more courtious....and friendly...

Property is very well maintained. Food served is very good. Lawn, pool and the children's play area is nice. Backwater view from the lawn is excellent. The backwater itself was clean. Sea view from the balcony, offered by the front facing rooms, does not offer beach view but you do get to see and hear the waves though. Only complaint i had was with the bed. Queen size bed offered is fine for a singles/couples but not for someone travelling with a baby or child. Room is spacious enough to accommodate a king size bed.

Had a great experience. Exceeded expectations. Location of property, staff, services, rooms, everything was great and exceeded expectations. One of the best properties to stay at in Kochi. It's just 1 min walk from the beach.

We just stayed for 1 night...less than 12 hours. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. But our room 104 was old(walls have cracks) and the floor was full of dust. The rest furniture in the room looks good but old. It has a color TV, mini fridge, AC and balcony was ok. Washroom was good. Breakfast is decent. Room service is good. Note: My review was solely for my experience of stay in room 104 for 1 night.

We are 4 couples on our honeymoon. From checking in to checking out everything was perfect. Loved our stay. Very clean and we'll maintained property. Staff was very polite and humble, Vary supportive and helpful. Chef was also very helpful provide best quality food as per our requirements.front desk staff was also very attentive and soft spoken. Overall an excellent stay. Must go for renai blue waters resort. Will refer to all.

Booked the open space auditorium for a birthday function. The service of the staff was remarkable. The restaurant was clean and the food was also good. As the resort was under renovation, all other amenities were closed.

That was a nice experience.. I think it is best place to stay in cohin. Had good hospitality, had good food, had quality room and amenities. Go for it

The location of this hotel is very nice and they shows a beautiful picture of their amenities. But in reality, chlorine is High in swimming pool water and there are many small insects(spider/cockroach) in it. The swimming pool was very dirty. They have a Gym and Kids play area, that is also not maintained. In kids play, there were many bats, my kids were scared to went there. Gym was also full of dust and found it unhygienic. I had not seen any other guests in the hotel, limited staff and they were having limited options for breakfast. I will not recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating making us feel right at home. Was a very good location with a party hall affordable for a birthday party of 60 people , they served good vegetarian Sadya and welcome drinks , staff is very prompt and ambience is good well maintained , there pool area is scenic and restaurant is also good 👍

Spacious and clean rooms. Has a small lawn, a very well maintained swimming pool and a swing and slide for kids. Cherai beach is across the road from the hotel. It's more of a hotel than a resort, but a very good choice for a small getaway. Fairly priced as well.

Services are good. Great hospitality and prompt responses from the staff for any concern and query. The hotel also offers you the great views of Cherai beach. With Cherai beach on the opposite side of the road, the location of the hotel becomes prime. Only issue I faced was with housekeeping to get the channels working on tata sky. Overall a great place to stay.

We stay at Blue Water Resort at Cherai Beach. It is really beautiful resort. Resort has Ayurvedic massage and spa which is known by Ayurgreen Holistic Spa. Me, my husband, my mother in law, and maansi use the spa services. We like the spa, they have many types of massages. I highly recommend the Ayurgreen Holistic Spa.

Definitely not a resort but a decent hotel. Although food was fine and tastes good but bufet had very limited items. No coordination between restaurant and room service whatsoever. Pool is only 4ft. Wifi is very slow (2mbps). For the amount they charge the experience you get is pretty moderate. Overall average experience and nothing to write home about. The only selling point is the location of the hotel which is surrounded by water on both sides
