Thumboormuzhi is a beautiful place located before athirapilly.is a Beautiful Picnic spot . The main attraction is the giant hanging bridge one of the longest in India itself. Beautiful garden with reservoir and hanging bridge. Perfect for clicking pictures and having fun on the bridge. A place to relax by enjoying the beauty of nature. A place for children to enjoy too. it's a nice weekend place to be with friends and family. They have a large garden, check dam/ weir, and hanging bridge. it's so nice ambiance there. The hanging bridge and the surroundings are so nice. we can get down to the bridge where there is so many rocks laid and we can walk through them with water surrounded. it's a good place for out door shoot. The tickets rate are 15 per head. There also fee for photography and is 25. The parking is large and have toilets and rest places also provided. They have a small canteen there, where lunch with fish, beef etc are available. They have snacks and ice-creams also. It's such a nice place. Go enjoy..!

The best place to enjoy also to gel with nature and it's beauty.. It's the best place for kids because there is small park to enjoy all the Day.. There is a small hotel serving local traditional food. So no worry about food and all..Also it is covered with a wonderful and well maintained garden to enjoy the flowers and butterflies..

Nice garden area and it’s surrounded with a dam. People have to take walk over the hanging bridge and will love this place for sure. For kids, they have play grounds, for few have to pay and play. Also flower garden is there who loves varieties of flowers in one. Entry fee will be there and car parking provided. Damn scenery is really beautiful and you will take best photos here. Must visit this place as it’s on the way while coming back from Athirapally.

Very beautiful and peaceful place. Good place for photography . You have to take ticket so that only they will allow you to cross the hanging bridge. (15₹-adults and 10₹-Children) . And if you wish to go down and have fun in water, you have to take another ticket for that and for that you have to cross that hanging bridge. There is a park(no fee) and cafeteria too. It is best to visit here during monsoon season.

Its A checkdam on the river downstream from athirapally , nice clean place , a well developed and maintained garden , and a suspension bridge across the river adds to its appeal ,the small canteen serves kerela cuisine ,pure veg , worth a try , and inexpensive, , if u have time , its worth a visit otherwise u can skip it too

This dam and the area are so much beautiful. There are plenty of parking space. If you like to enjoy natural pool for diving and swimming, just visit here. It off going towards Athirappally water falls from chalakkudy. There are gardens where kids can play around. There are entrances to the river where natural pools are. The river is going through diversified places rocks which keep the water flow in a particular noisy manner. Easy to dive in between and able to swim easily. One should be careful because broken rocks may be painful. The parking area is excellent. But the road to the place is not so good. But going towards Athirappally, it is a nice place for a family visit.

On the way of Athirappilly its nice to spend some time here. Hanging bridge is main attraction. Good for kids. After flood its now open. But reconstruction under progress. Parking available opposite to it. Closing time 5 PM

Can't really say a garden. U can see the beauty of river thru the hanging bridge. They are renovating, hope will transform it to a garden. If you are not looking for a garden, then its a good place to visit for spending some time with your family and friends. Below given photos are taken during summer (May month), water level is really during this time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this scenic place and it did not disappoint. The garden and the park visit will be your child's next favorite spot. The hanging bridge and the river flowing around made it more heavenly. The place would mostly be crowded but it is a safe environment as far I felt. You could see monkeys all around the place.I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful outdoor getaway
