Pattahippara is a cascade waterfall inside the forest in Thrissur District. It’s a 3 layer waterfall flowing through the forest. The Waterfall is located at Thalikkode, Chemboothra, which is around 14-15KM away from Thrissur.It is one of the unexplored places in Thrissur. You must here only in rainy season otherwise water scarcity will distroy your expectations.it is situated in a Small forest territory, where nearby houses are there. Rarely you can spot monkey or forest squirrel. Can experience the nature atmost. No entry ticket or parking spaces. Also can trek here and enjoy the Forest.

DANGER : This is not an adventure places, which ever mentioned in almost all the reviews. Its the deep forest area with no way to go up, with big stones, you cant drive or ride, above the stones. Its an entry restricted forest area. And there are some secret depth on the way its more dangerous, if somebody falls on the way, no one is there to help. Its not the offroad or something. Its a forest.

Nice place...great Vibes... Nature... The water falls is in a forest area. There are two entrance ... one entrance is inside through the forest and have difficult terrains great for off rides. The other entrance is normal. The first entrance also will give you a treking experience. Best time to visit is monsoon. The falls will be filled with water..and Summer is a bad time to visit you will miss the falls still you can visit there to experience the forest and nature.. You can see monkeys, giant squirels, peacock if you are lucky Enjoy the Nature...bliss

Beautiful place to take some time off from the daily rush. The road to the location is very coarse and muddy during rainy season. But it is nature at its finest. Better choose weekdays to plan for an outdoor adventure at Pattathippara because weekends are too crowded here. Also check the season and weather before you go since the last time I went (about in January) there wasn’t even a drop of water there. It was all dry and dusty. The best time to visit the place would be around July- Nov. Don’t forget to have fun!

Do not go. Localities and forest department have stopped people visiting this place since it's not a tourist place and trekking is bit difficult so restricting all people. We travelled almost 22kms and then we got to know so had to return back.

Simply a beautiful location to enjoy with family and friends. The location is hidden gem I would say but you have walk some distance to reach the location. Please note that it's complete greenery don't throw plastic waste there.

Trekking 2 km to the secluded waterfall, it’s a hidden gem but hard to find without landmarks. Clear water tainted by litter, and the surroundings aren’t pristine. The journey is rough; no driving. Despite challenges, the natural beauty makes it a worthwhile spot for nature enthusiasts.

Best place to visit with freinds to get an awesome feel from nature. " there is no water right now" rainy season is the best .around 1.5 km off road you can get in there by walking , car (4×4)and bikes too . It's a green atmosphere with a good water falls

The place is really amazing.... This place has forest which gives good vibes.. There was no waterfalls there..as it was starting of monsoon... But the forest is the best place to see in its surroundings.. The forest is like private property but we can just walk through it.. Most of the forest consists of rubber plantation .. Whole forest gives claming and peaceful vibes.... Good place to hang out if u r looking for some nice trekking and all... Overall i enjoyed the place even i didn't find a drip of water...
