Firstly would like to mention, this place has a lot of positive energy. Magic of nature with the presence of God. Everyone is treated equally. Everyone is served with love. No place for negativity, no arrogance here. Only place for hope, love, positivity, humility, prayer. A relation to God which you never realized is created. It's been 3 weeks since I've come back from Divine Retreat Centre but the teachings of faith,hope, happiness have not left me even though times are difficult. An special mention of thanks to Father John Prince, Father Dibin and all the brother n sister who preached. Your words are special n valuable. N all the others who served in the centre (meals,office, rooms) . Thank u for your selfless service

I have been here in the year 2014 and 2015. And both the time my experience here was very horrible. First the rooms are very bad and toilets just horrible and the dormitory is the way more horrible. But if we can get ac room if we have more money but not everyone can afford this. Second, the volunteers in the centre is very rude and if we ask them some help they said are not very responsive and sometimes they shout at us at our face. Sometimes even the counsellors also during counselling sessions they scold you and these people think that they are big saints. Very horrible experiences. Although I was born and brought up in a catholic family and still I respect all the catholic priests and sisters. But this place is just horrible and please don’t waste your time by coming here. Also, here they more of a fanatics because they tell that catholic faith is only true faith and all the others are not true at all. Also, there is a preacher named mario Joseph who calls himself a Muslim imam convert to catholic faith. He promotes full false idea about Islam both in his speech and also in his many books. This is not the way they should operate a retreat centre and also there are many complaints against this centre like missing people and also allegations that they found dead bodies and those sick people staying inside were given some sort of drugs. So, I advise not to go to this institute.

From Canada I came for a retreat with my friend. I am brown, and she white. She got a luxury suite with a proper bed and dresser, and beautiful bathroom. I, on the other hand, got a dirty room, dirty bathroom with a bucket and cup to bathe. She ate at the dining room with the priests which had tables and chairs, I ate with the others at a hall standing up like animals do. She eventually found me and said come eat with us. Fr Augustine was the best preacher. I did get a healing. I would NEVER go back.

Very peaceful place where you can introspect yourself and detoxify all your negative emotions and fill yourself with the love of God. A lot of emotional and physical healing takes place here. They have AC rooms if you wish and non spicy food available with some extra charge if you don't want the regular food which is served there.

Power international retreats in July and National retreats in May in the language of English is the best time to come. Every youth must atleast experience this one time in their life.

I called the number provided on the website for some information and the lady and a men who was handling were very rude on Christmas day. The lady transferred my call to the men and he was not providing the full information and disconnecting my call. I asked one question and soon he disconnected my call. I had some questions to ask so I called again, same thing happened the lady transferred the call to that men and he again spoke with me rudely saying I answered your questions and started saying to me hey hey who are you and disconnected my call. Very miserable service provided over the phone and I don't know why this type rude people are working in this retreat centre. Instead of helping and providing information they are rude. In the retreat centre need to be humble and caring to serve the God. I am very disappointed about this.

Really awesome retreat for mind, body and soul. Retreat starts from sunday noon to Friday morning. We'll come back as a new soul after this retreat. Charging very low costs and free for poor. But we should carry a valid ID cards.

My mother recently went to divine center and supposed to have told the councillors that her daughter is converting to Islam and that she has more faith into it..and the councillors supposed to have told her that the prophet was a bad man who married young girls..this is not the way a divine centre should put down another religion..ofcourse in those days child marriage was allowed that doesn't mean anything for any religion and this doesn't prove that he was not a prophet..infact half our gospels are missing from the Bible and u people don't want to know the true teachings of Jesus which was all in that missing gospels. Do u all know that jesus prophesized about the prophet mohammed that he will come only after he goes and he will reveal the whole truth to humanity.. people in todays technology one can google or research and find out the truth ..u should check in ur own Bible or Google and ask what jesus spoke about the prophet mohammed . This shows that you people are only talking fault of another religion is only to promote your religion.. my advise dont talk fault of another religion without proper research and knowledge..first of all try to figure out why the church hid all the Gospels and why it was not added in the Bible.

I have attended English retreat thrice. It has been a spiritual renewal each time. The management is excellent. I recommend this place if you are a seeker, as this place gives you ample of time to seek, first within and outward. However, I have few suggestions for the organizers of the English retreats. (1) Introduce new set of speakers delivering different messages. I noticed that same set of speakers saying and delivering the same message in same style and sentences. It made me lose interest in their talks in my third retreat.

A divine place. A large number of people comes here for retreats irrespective of their religion. Many sick men and women as well as children are healed during the retreats. Retreats are available in various languages. It can accommodate a huge number of people and there is enough place for accommodation. It's near to the national highway. Many poor and orphan poor people are also taken cared by the missionaries and the volunteers.

I had a terrible experience at this retreat place. The rooms are bed bug infested and the washrooms are in disgusting condition. Its very loud during the day and night. It was very difficult to find peace of mind amongst all of the noise. The staff are some the worst people I have ever interacted with in my entire life. The staff are incredibly rude and insufferable. They walk around with this holier than thou attitude. The male staff as well as the female staff were terribly misogynistic, they were criticizing the way I sat even though it was entirely respectful and I was fully clothed. Horrible, utterly disgraceful behaviour. If you value your dignity, do not go here because they will disrespect you for no reason. One staff member in particular was banging on my door for hours. I hated staying here, retreat's are supposed to bring you closer to god but instead I felt like I was in the pits of hell. This place of hell is just a money making operation and only that, some people are just too blind to see the truth. I would give this place a zero but there is no option to make that choice.

I am grateful to God for the place and the people here. Visiting the Devine Retreat Centre in Potta has been a long-held desire of mine, and this vocation has finally allowed me to fulfill that wish. I've experienced the comforting presence of the Lord in this place. Undoubtedly, God is blessing numerous individuals through this retreat center. Praise God!
