* Very neatly maintained kids park with security guards always keeps an eye on the playing kids. * All equipments were working fine without any fault * Kids need to remove the footwear before they play on slide games. * Toy train is not functioning during our visit, seems it's not functioning for long time. * No toilets inside the kids park. * Small packed park for kids , surely they will enjoy their stay.

Its a quite nice place for kids .its quit green and beautiful . Three a lot of tress, plants flowers and many beautiful planys over here .its a nice place for a evening walk.people can sit over the benches and talk each other. A lot of kids come here to play in the rides over there .the place gets crowded at holiday evenings with childrens There a lot of people coming here to pass out time in the hot days.😀😀

Good childrens park Thrissur Zoo or State Museum & Zoo, Thrissur (formerly the Trichur Zoo) is a 13.5-acre (5.5 ha) zoo that opened in 1885 in a small area called Chembukkavu, in the heart of Thrissur City, Kerala, India. It is one of the oldest zoos in the country, and is home to a wide variety of animals, reptiles, and birds. The zoo compound includes a natural history museum and an art museum that showcase the social and cultural heritage of the region. The Thrissur Zoo is 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) from the Thrissur City center and is open from 10:00 AM till 5:15 PM, except on Mondays. Being one of the two Zoological Parks in the state of Kerala, it sees a lot of visitors on a regular basis. Still and video cameras are allowed in the park for a small fee.

It is good park, with common activities like slides and see-saw , trampoline and few other activities. Only parent and children are allowed. Kids really enjoy activities. It inside the Thrissur zoo. There is also security at the gates. There is also sitting place for parents and elderly people to sit. The zoo also good for kids to show all the wild animals. Museum no photos are allowed. Museum experience was average. There few old weapons and some instrument. The Museum has lot plant and tree information. Please keep the vaccination certificate handy.

The park is maintained inside the zoo compound which is great. The kids will get a relax time as it gives some sort of rides for those under 10 years. Others can sit and relax with some cold drinking water which is also great. I found this area crowded than the regular zoo or museum. Some rides are damaged so not working. As there are lots of volunteers, they can easily maintain these rides without any issues.

The zoo & kids park are great places for kids to have real fun and enjoyment with live animals and birds. There are plenty of them including varieties of snakes. However maintenance of animals can be made better by taking sponsorships. Recommended 4 kids!! 👍👍
