Fantastic location. Peaceful and at a great position away from the commotion. Very close to the beach and back waters. Hospitality has reached new heights. Sudheeshettan is a kind and modest person. He treated us as if we were brothers.

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is near by the beach.The house and the surroundings were well maintained.Upon arrival,we were warmly welcomed by the Owner. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was breathtaking, and the accommodations were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from relaxing by the water to exploring the beautiful surroundings,the overall amenities were top-notch.We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious food on offer.Our time here was truly unforgettable!

One of the best resorts in cherai where you can spend some quality time with your loved ones or to organise parties or events. There are 3 different cottages available at his place, all 3 of them are in the top condition. Clean rooms and surroundings will help you to enjoy your holidays to the fullest, coz it did help me. It's really close to the beach but not that close where whoever passes through the road can see what you up to. So you will get all the privacy. My institute (newpolyglots language academy) celebrated our last Onam here with the entire staff and students. We had a blast.

The villa we stayed in was roomy and the best part is that this stay is proximity to cherai beach. I would like to suggest Coconut garden to peeps who would enjoy pure serenity and charmness.

A family property given out to booking for homestay. Great locality that is close to beach and in a quaint homely setup. Has various types of rooms. Watch out for crawlies such as cockroaches though!!

It was wonderful, very friendly hosts, delicious food and a lovely place.

We loved the hospitality of Sudheesh and his family. We stayed for four days and got a different breakfast every day - home-cooked and amazing throughout. We were even invited for the family Christmas lunch! He was available round the clock for all our needs and we got a glimpse into local life, more than we could've hoped for. The whole family was very supportive including the kids who made our little ones feel right at home :)

Lovely homestay, cozy rooms with balcony. It’s clean and green. Family is charming and nice, I enjoyed spent time with them. Beach is 10 min walking distance, but just behind the property you can climb on the rocks and swim from there. Also tasty local cheap restaurant are not far away.

We had a wonderful time here. Breakfast is super delicious and homemade. The room was cosy and peaceful. Thanks again for everything!

Stayed in one of the villa unit on offer. We chose this place as it was pet friendly and we were traveling with 2 dogs. The thing to factor in here is that it is a homestay and not a resort. There is no room service or any of the frills that you may wish for during a hotel stay. Things i liked: friendly host, pet friendly place Things i did not like: Basic homestay at resort price, small bathroom, AC in only 1 room, lack of room service, not many restaurants near by,

I spent here the 7 day quarantine when entering India. The family running the property has made my stay very comfortable. It was great to have a part of the first floor balcony to myself, as I could not move beyond this for a whole week. There were some tiny misunderstandings about timing and the cost of transport to Cochin at the end of my stay. Retrospectively, I would have asked about this before and try to clarify things ahead of time. All in all, I would stay here again and I appreciate the good care to go through seven days of quarantine.

Such a great homestay: a super friendly family with kind and polite kids, who all want to help you with all your questions. Location is great, quiet place at two minute walk to the sea and ten minutes walk to the sand beach and restaurants. Rooms are clean and cosy. And one more thing: a traditional Indian homemade breakfast everyone should try!

Loved the place, love the spot. The host sudheesh is a such a kind man. Anything you want, just let him know and he'll try his level best to help you out. He suggested us the nearby beach walkway and restaurants with amazing food. We all talked a lot and had fun sharing stories with him. Truly a gem of a person and very welcoming stay. The rooms are very very clean and he maintains it that way. Next time if I need to stay in cherai I'll be going to sudheesh's place.

Had a wonderful experience at Coconut Garden. We stayed in rooms made of bamboo sheets...which was really amazing and that really contributed to create a lovely ambiance .Good service and very well maintained rooms. Mr.Sudhish and his family was very welcoming.
