We stayed for just 1 day and it was the best experience for us. The hotel is very clean and has great facilities. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is also very useful as it is near the bus stop, railway, and metro station. We could move all around Kochi and come back around 10.30 pm very comfortably. Our best wishes for the hotel and congratulations to the staff for an excellent job.

I stayed here with family, the hotel is centrally located and easy to reach from railway station. The staff especially front desk was very helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean. We dined in the in-house restaurant and food was fine, breakfast buffet had sufficient options. To sum up this hotel is good and a safe option for people traveling to Aluva.

Loved this hotel - the best we had whilst on our travels in India! This is what a proper hotel is and should be in India :) Rooms were spacious and quiet enough. Food excellent and delivered to our room when we asked. Staff also very accommodating and polite. Only downfall was the WiFi wasn’t great, apart from that amazing. If we return, we’ll stay here every time!

The Flora Charishma Hotel offers excellent value for money, with tidy and well-arranged rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean, and nicely decorated. The dining choices are diverse and tasty, with a wide range of cuisines available. In summary, my stay at the Flora Charishma Hotel was enjoyable.

We recently held our daughter's first birthday party here and were totally impressed by every aspect of this place. Hotel is located in the heart of the town hence easy to find. Function hall was luxurious, classy and very clean. Dining hall was spacious enough. All our guests loved the food as they covered both non veg and veg cuisines extensively. Best part was the service provided by the hotel staff. They supported us from the moment the bday cake was cut till the last guest left the premises. This is the only place that can be genuinely recommended in Aluva for family gatherings.

Spotless clean hotel, prefectly furnished, good air-conditioning, clean linen, ample room space n spacious bathroom. Centrally located Nr Aluva Railway Station and 14km to airport. Highly cooperative professional staff esp Jipth front offc. They gave us early check-in too. Very good breakfast, full spread, fruits, juice, sufficient veg preparations & bread. Restaurant rates are also resonable. Hygienic preparation, tasty food, good ambiance n good crockery too. Only their check-in timing is too late at 2pm and 9:30 pm last order n before 10pm dining in restaurant is odd for business travellers. FnB incharge was not there at 10pm and had left, as told by restaurant staff. Mgr operation Sanju seems capable, but could have been more hospitile, and argue less. He told us that hotel staff cannot change their duty leaving time, even if we needed 15 minutes more to have our dinner, inspite of ordering on-time. I think management should increase dining time by 1/2 hour with 1-2 staffs.

The rooms are spacious it was a excellent stay. Staff were very good. The food was exceptionally good and cheap. The reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Flora Charisma residency. I stayed here for three days. This hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean good and up-to-date housekeeping in the rooms. The food here is good. The staff in the restaurant, a very polite and very helpful, not forgetting the staff at the reception, they have been very helpful very polite too. Firstly for me it was very difficult as Malayalam is the language spoken here by everyone but still to the staff was good and communicated with me in the language that I understood. Well, I would like to suggest if anyone would come for a vacation to Kochi or wherever around this place, should definitely try this hotel. Comfort is up to its level. The Best time in India in this place!😍😍😍 Such a cozy rooms, clean, good smells… All you need they have!❤️ even natural shaving gel! We felt like home. Personal so kind and help all time. They did everything to make us feel good here. And FOOD! This restaurant is really AMAZING! We ate here every day!😀 Btw: the BEST idly in Kerala💔 At first we rented a room for two days, but we liked it so much that we stayed for two weeks😄🥰 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The location of the hotel is pretty close to the Aluva , . This place is ideal for people who wants to stay closer to airport for early flight. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Loved their hotel property. Staff is helpful. Food is average. Overall a great experience for me during my one night stay...

Room and bathroom are clean however didn’t have full glass partition for separating shower/toilet so you have to deal with wet floor. Speaking of bathroom the bucket provided for usage was very dirty and so was the replacement one. Again water was only barely lukewarm in the shower sometimes. They also showed attitude when asking for fresh towels for number of people in room. Seems like something basic that can be provided when being charged 4.2k for a room per night. Speaking of service no details about wifi/breakfast were provided while checking in. The breakfast was also routinely late from its starting time of 7, sometimes as late as 7:45. Wi-Fi details which took a while to get was of very low speed and limited devices. They didn't provide extra key even after asking for a three person occupancy booking. Overall it’s a relatively clean space except the bathroom bucket, meh customer service and late/unpredictable breakfast times reducing the rating of this place.

Rooms were spacious, large, and modern. Floors were little sticky due to repeated occupancy and cleaning, however room service was quick and provided what was requested. Breakfast spread was limited with upto four main course with daily menu change, at full capacity they struggle to replenish, food was not hot if you get there after 9 am, an area of improvement. Non-veg for dinner were average. Only egg omelette were from live counter, offered dosa one day but the next day they said no dosa in live counter, probably couldn't handle the crowd at breakfast. Has decent parking, no-fuss check in and check out, front desk followed up on checkin time also kept the room ready. Location of the property had a broad road facing, which is a turning, so be careful while getting in and out of property. Underground to lobby or floors there is no lift, available stairs are also shut. So guests must park the vehicle and walk up the front entrance to get to the lobby then to the rooms.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Was a late night check in. The staff was very helpful. Neat clean rooms. Very happy with the experience. Would stay here again on the next visit.

Went there because I loved their food after ordering from Swiggy. The ambiance is good. Short on restaurant staff, it seems. Food is good as usual. Service can get better. Parking seemed an issue as we couldn't get any. No parking area in the front. All in all, it's just okay.

We had a family get-together function here. The facilities was good. We had Onam Sadya from here, the food taste was average. Need an improvement. There was no sufficient car parking available, had to park my car outside in an open area which was provided by the hotel.

Pretty decent hotel with really affordable price. It is near to the airport which is a great advantage for people who have an early morning or late night flight. The room is really spacious with huge bathroom, it was pretty neat and clean. The food we ordered from their restaurant was good but breakfast does not have much choices. Overall value for money with a decent stay.

Even though its a 4 star facility i found it to be better in many ways than some 5 or 7 star places i have visited. The Hotel is very neat and the decor is done very tastefully. The staff are well groomed and very welcoming. The quality of their service is also commendable.The food they served was tasty and the room service was quick and efficient. Will definitely visit again and also recommend to friends and family. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

It's 5 stars for Flora Hotel in Aluva. The suites are excellent and the hospitality is at its best. Cheers to the whole Hotel Management and Team for the good work. Food quality is great especially the Idly at breakfast. The taste and texture is very good. Housekeeping is very good. Word of appreciation to Aadil, Danny and Eby for going beyond the mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I specifically quote a soft remark that I made on the servicing need of AC unit and I was impressed to see it done by evening when I was back. To all travellers to Cochin, Go ahead to make a booking here and enjoy a convenient stay.

Nice stay. Spacious rooms and as well as the front lobby. Buffet complimentary breakfast is awesome. Too many options are there. Neat and clean rooms. Very supportive staffs. Located in the Aluva city centre with road frontage. No smoking rooms. Can bring our family for the vacations.

The hospitality provided was excellent. The staffs are very nice, rooms are regularly maintained and kept neat, ample parking facilities and food was exceptional. I would gladly recommend anyone visiting Aluva to stay and enjoy. They also have meeting rooms so this is very apt for small sessions or even large functions to be arranged.

I wasn't able to stay in the hotel so I can't comment on their accommodation and facilities but I am giving 4 stars for the brief staff interaction that I had and their service. I booked my room through a booking site but I had to cancel the booking due to some unavoidable reasons well past the check-in time. The staff was really pleasant and understanding and made the experience totally hassle-free for me.

The room is convenient for all guests (the suite room is big). Laundry service is delayed more than one or two days. Better to improve the laundry facilities. Compare to food taste is medium, Morning buffets, south Indian food is available.
