Best staff, it's a home away from home. Stayed there for over 15 days and was happy with their hospitality. Owners of this home stay, stays in the same premises and are too humble and nice people.

I had a pretty good expenses with the Paradise travel agent. Welcomed warmly and explained each ilitenary plans up to Mark. Also appreciate the level of help and support shown by driver assigned to me-Aneesh. Who really took care of us and prioritized our requests on searching non beef hotels which really helped us to keep the tour joyful. All arrangements were done with full intact. Thanks again.

Just checked in now, looking great!!! The rooms are good and neat!! The dinner they have given was delicious and was the highlight.

Good place for a family weekend. Simple homely breakfast. TV was not working,that's the only drawback. Otherwise it a good place surrounded by plants & trees.

This trip was really amazing. They all behaved very politely with all of us. Our driver and guide, Mr.Shajibai Khan, was very well cordial dedicated and sincere towards his job. We don't have much complains about this trips.Overall, everyone enjoyed.

Poor!!! They told me that the room reserved for me was not yet cleaned and the house keeping staff had left for the day, and asked me to stay in the dormitory.

Should be rated 0 stars. I had booked for two nights via Goibibo. When I contacted them on the date of checkin to inform that i would check in late, they told me that the booking was cancelled and had informed goibibo, when in fact they hadn't. They realised this when they checked again. The manager then casually told me that i could cancel the booking and get a refund. I was now left stranded.Truly unprofessional behaviour.

This is the best place for your stay while you are on the Kerala trip with Paradise Holidays. They pick and drop you from airport, plus they offer a complimentary breakfast too.

If u are planning to go to paradise homestay pls don't because the people are not good they don't take us where ever we want the quality they provide is also not good in picture they show something good but in real it's something else giving one star is also not good for this

Overall an okay-ish experience. Pro- Parking is available. Neat and tidy rooms. Breakfast is available. Con- Not a 24/7 service. Staff available only till evening.
