Rooms are tiny. Checked into room @ 9 AM Had to pay the room rent from previous day 12 PM. I needed room till 5PM. They said check out is 12 noon and i had to pay ₹500 extra. No consideration for late check in. They promise bed and breakfast. Breakfast was horrible. One cold dish prepared long time back. Tea in flask was also cold.

Some rooms are spacious and have a small balcony. Clean and good service. Toiletries, linen, kettle and tea bags/coffee sachet available. Building looks a little shady from outside, elevator needs maintenance. Metro station and railway station nearby.

Rooms were clean and staff was responsive. We stayed there only overnight. Good value for money.

Prefer Treebo Hotels because of their value for money. This one is also a basic budget hotel. The rooms, AC, and washrooms are all ok. There is a small balcony too. The free breakfast with the room isn't worth it ..We went outside to have breakfast.

Pretty poor experience. Used to be a good property before Treebo started managing it. Has been a downhill experience ever since.

Its the worst of treebo rooms I have been to. No parking, no clean mattress or towels ( they had stain/ bad smell). Tiny room, super tiny bathroom. Disappointed.

A great place for stay, pretty clean and good ambiance, staffs was very good and minding their own business. Complementary brakefast included. Walkable distance from Aluva railway station around 600m. Very satisfied

All good with Dew Dreams hotel , But needs to improve compliment breakfast. Very low taste and quality. Over all nice staff support.

Budget hotel. It's worth for 1.5k . Service is just okay. Building looks shady from outside.4 star for the price and location. Not a great option for family trip.

A very nice property located on third floor hence you can enjoy an eagle-eye view of the city from the balcony. Lift provided. You gonna enjoy the courtesy simple breakfast, included in the room tariff. Electric kettle provided with coffee, tea & sugar sachets. Rooms are neat & clean. Bathroom is again next to spic n span.....but, the one I have used, gonna trouble heavily built ones since the gap between door and wash basin, while opening, is awkwardly congesting. Well in a nutshell it's a decent property for lonely traveler as well as families. The great plus point is ...bank ATM is on the ground floor, at the entrance.

Very good and neat room. The location is very close to the Railway station and bus station. only breakfast is available, and no restaurant in the hotel or vert closer. Need to walk by or can order to room also. the reception desk was also very helpful. Recommended for stay

Excellent stay. Professional and friendly staff, comfy bed, hot shower, strong Wi-Fi, clean. 5 min to Bus station, 2 min tuktuk to metro, 30 minutes by shuttle bus from airport. Highly recommend everyone.

A nice place with clean rooms and helpful working stuff. This place is near to Aluva railway station. Place offers nice cosy rooms with clean washroom, at affordable price. The rooms have a small balcony, AC, water heater, electricity kettle and all the other necessary facilities.

Nice experience. Do not expect more. Car parking will be an issue. Complimentary breakfast will be served in the common area, with only one option.

I had a comfortable stay here.. The rooms are way enough for your needs. Clean and neat. N the bathrooms too. My visit was personal.. N this was my first time to Aluva.. Close to Railway stn so easy to travel..

An OK stay. Its kind of a lodge. Cons: -They will pull down the shutter to this place by 10-11pm. If we have to go out or come back to hotel after 11 pm, it becomes a bit irritating as we have to call the hotel boy to come down and open the shutter. Gives kind of a hostel feeling. -Their basement parking is the most scary place i have ever visited. A dark, damp place with no lights and lots of waste/construction material parked there. Feels very unsafe. -Slightly overpriced for the amenities provided (compared to other hotels in the area) Otherwise stay was ok, complimentary brkfast was fine, the hotel boy is polite.

A worst experience I ever had. Took rooms for my family and had a bitter experience. Staffs are just duffer and are guided by some lady by phone calls.. Very bad treatment, no cooperation, least supportive and pathetic.. Rooms are so small but clean, the AC in the rooms are worst than normal fan effect.
