We made online purchase of rs.1506/- on 27.05.21 from Big bazaar Kottayam and received the order on 28.05.2021, we have ordered 4kg Mango banganapalli @ 69/- per kg, please note that on the home page they show per kg rs.50/-. In total, 8 mangoes got only 1 in good condition, all are affected by worms. The staff should ensure to send good-quality products to the customers, don't make customers a fool. We ordered green cabbage but got a white one and Himalaya face wash's mrp shows rs.135/- while online, but in the product it is rs.120/-.

Big Bazaar Kottayam somehow is not a competition for any shops in Kottayam, I felt. There was limited collection in dress, groceries etc. Cluttered space, ramps the option to climb up and down, this store somehow disappointed me on my first visit. May be they become better.

very bad experience from the shop and customer service from them. I purchased a basmati rice which was in offer.. but I had to pay more than the offer price. I just called them more than 10 times.. they didn’t give any proper answer.they were not ready to refund.

Kottayam Big Bazaar is the worst customer service I ever had. Marked 299 as price. But when we took the orange and white design dress they said it's 369. This is the clear example of cheating and falsifying add. Interestingly management don't even ready to acknowledge this and change this price tag. If anyone want some time pass then only go here. Worst customer service in the universe. Don't recommend this place to anyone.
