Few of the staff members especially the one standing at the front door and the one who is checking the bill for final disposal need to change their behaviour.They are extremely rude to the customers and was found to be very much interfering in unwanted matters which is not of any concern to them . Each person is assigned a particular job and they should be doing it with polite behaviour and they were found to be very argumentative. Expecting more of customer friendly behaviour from the staff. They should remember that they are paid govt servants and are not doing the charity. These people should be taught basic etiquettes in dealing with the public especially with the old people.

More customer friendly attitude from the staff required...... more politeness in talk and behaviour to customers, especially senior citizens expected. Price of all items for sale may be prominently displayed under each item on the rack. More space for customers to sit and have refreshments in the canteen required. Car, two wheeler parking facility to be improved. Grocery items to be sold with wider choice and selection to customers as seen in leading supermarkets. The same applies to costly items also. Better toilet facilities to be provided to ladies and gents.

Everything is OK except the rude attitude of staff. The boy standing infront of the door is very arrogant and even he never talk to the senior citizens in a polite or good manner. His attitude to the customers is very much irritating. There is no trolleys and aged customers have to carry the items in basket(s), what they picked.

Very helpful. This place has almost all things of our daily needs. Best quality products will be available at a cheap rate. This place is only for those who has served country as a military and those who is serving too. We can get almost everything form there. Including TV, WASHING MACHINE, REFRACTOR etc. Like that every thing. Very helpful place. Also have quite enough space for parking too.

such a hopeless people working there.They think they are giving something from their own property.i have had such a bad experience.mainly people in the office especially the clerk and the manager dont know to speak properly.i wish my review helps.

Almost okay, but I didn't like the service of them, always shouting to persons , even they are aged persons, they have to improve their behaviour

Its employee has very bad behavior and character. Buying women's phone numbers and abusing them.

Poor customer interaction. Behave like old ration shop licensees, that they don't want to entertain sales. If it is a policy of the government to decrease sales through bad customer relation, I appreciate them hats off your "service".Thank you

NCC canteen under Ernakulam Group. Good facilities for ex-servicemen and armed forces personnel.

It's only for defence personnel and ex service men. Lots of parking areas. Wash room available. A snacks canteen available in the compound.

Canteen Stores Department.its military supply godown ,there is liquor and all household goodട. Canteen for Indian armed forces. Great place for shopping for serving and retired armed forces personnel. Separate buildings for grocery and liquor. Neatly arranged and well managed store. Each and everything like general items, TOILETRIES , HOUSEHOLD REQUISITES, TROLLEY BAGS, LIQUOR DRINKS, ELECTRONIC ITEMS, KITCHENS etc are available here. Variety of BEAUTY PRODUCTS are also available here. Cooperative & helpful staff.

A well run and popular Unit Run Canteen.

A lot of rules and regulations. Very large parking space. No Dustbin. No drinking water. A small coffee shop is there. No UPI payment facility.

Reception staff is very good and friendly. Office staff little bit rude and rough. Limited car parking fecility.

Defence canteen in thrissur, will provide almost the things that u need in ur daily life, but only defence personnels are allowed.

I waited for two hours to get inside the canteen and it was informed at 1220 pm that the entry will be at 0200 pm. When I ring the CSD canteen, either it will be engaged or only ringing. Unsatisfactory by the service from Unit Run CSD Canteen. There should be an complete overall and customer friendly service as the CSD Canteen employees are kept to the ex- servicemen.

Spacious place but need to keep covid protocol

Less rush of people when compared to CSD canteen Kochi. To buy liquor,serving soldiers have to take permission from manger along with your Leave Certificate.

Good for purchase electronic and fan items. Grocery items were not available when I visited there. Then I went to NCC canteen at poonkoonnam. Parking facility is limited but no congestion to drive to there with car.
