I don’t know how much quality they keep on their products. But they have a very very little social commitment as they are one of the main sponsor of “Janam TV”, a malayalam television channel which’s only motto is spreading the hatred and lies in society. So many peoples pointed this issue to Team Swad and they made a negative attitude towards this. If Swad is this much careless in social commitments, how they can sell good quality products...????

Hatsoff for providing pesticide free rice

I am a regular consumer of Swad Matta rice (5kg) I recently had an issue with the cooking time the rice takes. I informed the same with the brand team in Dubai & they reverted promptly. Mr. Darshan from Jaleel Distribution has told me it was some issue with a particular batch. Happy to know the brand address to these kind of issues promptly. He also gave a sample bag of 5kg which was a surprise from there end. The sample given took only 5 whistles to get the rice cooked.

Excellent quality of Matta rice. Unlike other brands, the bran or the red color does not fade off with washing. Feel good after eating. It's good with salads for weight management.

This cashew chikki must have been packed in wrong temp. The cardboard is stuck with the chikki. Bought this for $5 but could not consume it. The quality of chikki s also poor.

Rice is wonderful

I tried swad adatt plus matta rice. When you are washing it, you could smell a nice fragrance. It really takes good amount of time to cook, but it is very tasty. Its best suited for 'kanji'. It seems really healthy and I love it!

‘Thavidu’ does now go off when washed. This shows that the rice is not artificially colored. The fragrance of original Matta is unmistakable. I believe this is the best product in its category in the market.

Best Kerala Matta rice without chemicals especially the Adat matta plus variety. Try it especially if you are from Kerala.

These guys are selling products made in China. So, please don't trust the quality. They may be made of all toxic chemical substitues. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY SWAD products.

I am using both Swad matta rice varieties (50% barn and 20% barn) for over 2 years. This is the best chemical free matta rice currently available in the market. Difficult to find in Bangalore so i bring it along when i visit Kerala. If you are from Kerala and reading this review , try "Swad Pesticides Free Adatt Matta Rice" once and you will realize what i am taking about.
