There a 4 or 5 floors in the building. Now, if you purchase here the will send you some coupons to your number that can be used for your next purchase because this is now "JIO MART". In ground floor they have groceries, In second floor they have electronics and plastic products.

Kannan departmental store located at immamkhan street, pollachi near ramasamy textiles. Here we can buy cooking items like rice varieties, wheat, oil, bathing products, skin and hair cares etc and necessary house hold products. Also here we can purchase fresh vegtables at reasonable cost. Good place to purchase all your home needs at one place. Food court is there, they are selling chat items like pani poori, bhel, mashroom fry, fried rice, noodles, pizza, ice cream, juice, bakery items. All other place are maintained well but food court need to be hygienic. Food court's clean and hygienic should be improved.

They display "our prices" which is lesser than mrp, to show they offer low prices. But 400ml curd is shown as 62₹ but billed at 70₹. When noticed while billing, I'm updated they have not updated the tags for new rate. This is mere cheating as people go by displayed prices but pay the mrp.

Nowadays the store is not up to the mark. Only thing is shot eats are very tasty and crispy

It's a great place to shop for your daily necessities like vegetables. Oils, etc. The only problem is that there is no parking. There is bike parking right in front of the shop. You can shop from the entire area. Everything you need, from dry fruits to fries, is available. All at the most affordable prices. All you need. You just need it.

The place is packed with lot of items but there was a weird smell when I visited there . There was no persons to help us out to find the right product . Rather than this the place was good except for the parking as we cant use 4 wheelers there . The parking was hectic .

Now it's part of jio mart. So, has jio mart's facilities. Draw back is no car parking available here.

Billing counters along with capable staffs should be increased. I can see a lot of people went by keeping their purchased product without billing due to long wait time. Server issue most of the times.

No proper employees. If you purchase any gift item, then you only bring it to billing and again should take it to the gift pack. No one employees support. Not advisable to go there

Worst store, the works are not helpful. They r rude and not even helping to deliver the boxes near car, that too in front of store. Some products are not in stock and didn't care about customers.

I paid two times for one bill . They said next day it will debited. But it was not debited and the billing section staff and the accounts staff were not giving correct response. After a long argument i got the amount. I am very muchdisappointed.

No parking space is the biggest drawback..place...the entire shop ambienc is very dull and compared to other supermarket..sales assistant seem to follow like some detective and very tough to get a help..mostly draw blank faces. Doesn't give the super market feel..now name changed to smart point..
