Today I went to this shop to buy a photo frame and to get photograph printed on mug. I usually travel through the area often and was impressed with the collection. But I totally had horrific customer experience of my entire life. I went to the ground floor to buy photo frame, no one was addressing my needs, every staff was busy with some other things and I was standing like an idiot. After some time a lady arrived and she was not interested to ask about my needs. Ok I asked her do you print photographs on mug and she said yes on the first floor. So I went first floor and waited there too. After some time a lady came and I asked about details. She was saying rate as if she judges me that I cannot afford to pay and when I asked about the mail id, without saying me to wait, she was attending another customer without even looking at me and doing the work on computer and I'm just standing like an idiot. After waiting for some time I left the place. At least try to respect and respond to customers. Very bad experience from staff. Poor customer service out of my personal experience. Not even deserve a single star.
