Very bad experience from the billing section. I selected merchandise worth INR 3600/- and showed a trends discount coupon of INR 500/- applicable for purchases of INR 1999/- or above valid till Nov 10. They told the coupon is not working and gave me an alternate offer of paying the full INR 3600/- but free purchase of merchandise worth INR 1000/-. But the catch is I have to buy the items now itself. With half a mind, I bought another 2 t shirts worth INR 499 each. Went to billing section again. This time they told I have to buy something for INR 8/-. I asked them what is available for that price. They showed a handkerchief combo of 3 worth INR 149/-. I didn't like the same. There weren't anything for that price I wanted. I told them i will pay INR 8/- and just bill the whole items. They couldn't accept that. It's been almost 2 hours and I felt they are just making me buy things which I don't even want. I went to trends since i had their coupon which itself wasn't working. Lost my patience and didn't buy anything. Wasted 2 hours.

They are having a really spacious arrangements . Clothes are of good quality and affordable price but they are not having a great customer service.

Didn't find it as a good choice. Staffs are not at all supportive, they does not even care the customers. Even after noticing the customers they just chit chat and never comes to us or ask what our need is. For the first time seeing such a behaviour that too from a reputed brand. Also quality of the cloths are not that great just ok.

The collections are good but there are only 2 dressing rooms for women and a long queue in front of it .

Came to the shop at 8:30PM, but staff said they are closed. We checked on google before we started it showed 9:30 and a board outside the shop showed they open till 9:30PM. Either you guys change the timing on google and the board outside the shop.

Very poor collection in mens section.. staff are least bothered about customers or sale for that matter. Visited multiple times , but returned empty handed/ disappointed. Trends in other cities are much better

sorry to say that, please clean your washroom with proper toilet cleaner.... unfortunately i used your washroom. washroom is looking very good but the smell........ the worst smell.. please use some refresher.. The dress collection is not bad

I wanted to buy two other companies products which they had kept for sale and it seems I can't buy that if I don't buy something from the clothes section along with it. What nonsense?! I just saw those two skincare products after billing all my clothes.

Good retail shop with quality gents and ladies ready made garments. But charging Rs 10 for carry bags is the cheapest kind of business

We bought a handkerchief to fill rs 8000 as there was an offer to get 50% off on purchase of 8000. But when we reached home and checked the the cover the handkerchief wasn't there. We had to buy smtng for rs 7 to fill but nothing was there and we had to buy it for 150 and still they didn't give it to us Also very bad service

A large collection for ladies and kids. For gents shirts and pants limited collection. Parking space available. Gifts option for higher amount of purchase is not worthy.

Kodungallur outlet of Reliance trends located in Malabar towers opposite Mughal Mall. Right next to Malabar gold and diamonds. The entry is on ground floor. First floor is also there. Not one of the biggest Trends showrooms. But adequate collections.

Very bad experience from the staff there . Second time iam going...First time it was in the billing section ,tis time it was from a lady staff member showing clothes to customers..Y we hve to bear their attitude if we can get good selection of clothes at reasonable rate in another stores in Kodungallur itself and with good behaviour from the staffs.Im telling my experience only... Not going there anymore.. Worst experience..worth no stars actually..NB-Didnt buy frm there,got a nice pair of clothes frm the very nearby shop with very friendly behaving staffs...

The best place to go for shopping. They are offering more discounts and coupons for your shopping. You can get quality items in affordable rate. Suggesting more collections to be included in the store.

Staff found to be far more cooperative nowadays. The sales executive helped me look through the collections. Rewards also are meaningful and worth.

The shop is very good but the dealings are a little bit confusing. I brought a shirt as a gift but it didn't fit the person so I wanted to exchange the gift, but it was a complicated thing. If I buy the same amount, it is easy, rather, it is not, so I have to go around to customer services to consult with the staff and they suggest to me it's better that you should buy the same amount of shirt.

Like a normal trend shop..some of the executives are not much supportive but some are very.
