Good variety of healthy pets, neatly and cleanly maintained cages, reasonably expert staff, air conditioned, good area, easily identifiable from main road, can park 2 to 3 cars in the front etc are the pros. Comparatively high price is the con. Can pay with cards.

Good collection of pets. The best thing I liked was the amount of time they let us be in the store to help my daughter choose her pet bird...she really wanted a friendly pet, which takes time...the store was very accommodating

A wonderfully designed pet store. Persian cat Hamsa and his team welcomes you to the store. Beautiful ornamental fishes are available in the nicely arranged aquariums in the ground floor. All variety of exotic birds are available with them. Birds are kept for display in the first floor. You will get pet foods, medicines, cages, accessories etc from here. The prices are fair.

How do u put so many cats in one cage???? Unethical breeders and sellers of pets. Do not recommend supporting such unethical shops!

I had a wonderful experience at the pet store on Edappally Pookattupady Road. They offer a wide variety of birds and other pets, along with a great selection of pet food, all at reasonable rates. The staff is customer-friendly and provides excellent explanations about everything you need to know. I highly recommend this pet store for all your pet needs.

Ordered an aquarium from this shop, it was ready after a day or two... i was very impressed... It reached me after about 5 days due to my unavailability in city.. when i started cleaning it i found it had very sharp edges.. after many days of constant phone call they finally came and soften the edges also they stuck the vinyl sticker at back (which was notified) when i ordered it... Finally i was happy after the work was complete... I cleaned up the gravel and plastic plants and set the gravel and plants in it... i started to fill in water, to my very surprise the same moment it started to leak from the very bottom of the tank, it was midnight that time... I was totally upset... i left them a sms (to Pradeep) stating what happened, i expected a call in the morning but he didn't call, (assuming he never checks sms) then i called back by around 9.30 am morning and Pradeep assured me this work would be done on priority basis even after that i called up twice but false promises were made like one hour or two hours my people would be there, final call he said wait till evening..... now waiting till evening for them to respond... Let's hope they would come... They came cleared the leak... Let it 24 hrs to dry... They came again to fill water again to find any issues... But there were no leaks further... They were not happy with the stand (which i had ordered separately) found out some genuine issues with it and adviced accordingly either to change it or do some tweaks to set the level right.... Finally happy with customer service... Pradeep is a gentleman he kept his words would be in touch with him for further professional advices. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very well maintained place that offers plenty of options for those seeking fish and plants for their aquarium. Even spotted some crawfish and lobster there the last time I went. Also has a nice collection of birds and high end cats besides food for all pets and some nice toys as well

Pretty average pet shop in the area. They have not got much of options in everything that we look for and most of the time i had to search for other shops to get the items. Also doesnot have eye catching birds or puppies at the shop. Have some fishes and very basic pet shop items. Location is a killer as it is easily accessible. Ambience is good. Feels as average because of the options and the approach of person in counter.

I used to purchase pet food from this shop , they have some collection of fish, birds , cats . Also they supply food and animals play toys also , near to edapally , we should park vehicle in front of shop

Pets in the City is a fantastic pet store with a diverse selection of products for our furry friends. The store is well-organized, and the staff is genuinely passionate about animals, providing helpful advice. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are commendable. I'm giving it 4 stars as I wish there were more frequent discounts or loyalty programs. Overall, a great spot for pet supplies and a friendly environment for both pets and their owners.
