Worst customer experience from Staff at Reliance Fresh Kodungallur,Centro Mall . After waiting in quee they all on a sudden told when my turn arrived that they are neither accepting Card nor Mobile payment like Phone pe. The Person in billing Mr.Nahaz did not had any courtesy, he bluntly told me I can join the next quee. They could have written in front of the counter that card and mobile pay facility is not working. I felt insulted by the attitude and behaviour of the staff.I had to wait again in the next quee after my turn had come in the first quee.Next time I will think twice before going to Reliance Fresh Kodungallur located at Centro Mall.This is not the first time I am experiencing card machine and mobile banking not working at Reliance Kodungallur. But lack of facility along with such a cold attitude of the staff for their own fault is too much

Good outlet of reliance retail chain but not as well stocked as other outlets.

Ordered for some products through app but when delivered items were missing. Have given 5 complaints regarding the same but haven't received any refund or reply for the same. So pathetic.. fraud service ever experienced

Store is comparatively larger than the other two reliance outlets in kodungallur. Neat and clean, well maintained.

Nice service and products. Good for shopping. All in one place. Many Officer) available.. only need to take care when you pick the product. The offer displayed in very tricky way so there is a chance to take by mistake if you're looking for good offers

A good small super market. Mostly confectionaries and CPGs are available along with limited Fruit and Vegetable section.

Being a regular Reliance customer, I recently relocated to the near by locality of Kodungallur and visited this store yesterday. It was incredibly disappointing. There are relatively limited items available, and all of the product expiry dates are near by. All the fruits and vegetables are rotten and not fresh at all, need to improve the service.

Place good, easily accessible, online shopping hasore discount then offline shopping. Finished items are not replaced quickly. Atmosphere calm and peaceful. Almost items are there but variety brands are less.

Excellent customer service. Well maintained store . Neat and clean. Products are well arranged and store manager Mr. Anand himself explained the offers very well. That helped me to purchase my necessary items in offers. Hats off to the store manager Mr. Anand and team. I strongly recommend this supermarket to all kodungallur people.

Staffs are not that much cooperative. Delays billing. No change in their attitude. Today also they made me to wait for 20 min for billing. There was only one counter which accepts card payment

Worst customer service. Waiting time is really high to bill as they are only using two computers to bill even though they have four computer. None of the staff is interested in serving the customer. They just walk here and there.

Kodungallur Reliance. Good place for households. However, nowadays find it is understaffed. Billing is also slow

A nice reliable shop in kodungallur.But I am dissatisfied with the non availability of products.I often face the situation where I don't get most of the things.Also we shouldn't expect a large shop with lot's of space.

After corona.. I found performance deteriorated. Staff reduced to one fourth of earlier. No body to help loose items... Sugar rice etc to weight and sticker sticking.. Even call bell not working. Billing counter only one functional.. Earlier it was 5. Overall the performance degraded. I do visit once in a month and average 10000 worth item being purhased. But here no discount or other attractive gifts. Any way all items are available.
