Pros Affordable collection. Good location and parking facility Well behaving staff Cons Staff are not efficient. They forgot to bill one full basket of cloths. I had to travel 7 kms back to collect it. Please cross check your bill with items delivered.

I went there during Onam season and the place was crowded. If you can go there during normal days the chances are high that you get good pieces. I didn't get what I wanted ( sold out) so had to leave. But they have good collection.

The salesman who helped me was good but other than that total disaster. Don’t feel like the billing, payment and delivery staff have been trained or the policies are flawed and illogical. Discount is not valid if you want to give exchange the clothes you took on the same day. Also while giving for alteration it took 15 minutes and it’s not like they were packed with customers that day they pretended like they don’t remember me when I came to collect the altered clothes as I had misplaced the bill somewhere in my car. I was in a hurry and they wouldn’t abide. I would suggest any other clothing store in Kodungallur before I come here

Really poor customer service especially the behaviour of the lady staff in the running material section. Instead of showing us the material what we have asked for she was more interested in some other things.

Recently opened clothing centre at kodungallur, spacious and got some good selection, I believe they have to be a bit more affordable.

Very bad experience purchased for 20k and went to change 2 dress on the same day unfortunately they charged extra amount for the 10 percent offer and very rude attitude and moreover they didn't return the original bill even
