Very poor customer experience from Malabar gold. I am satisfied with the purity of gold as well as verity of collection. But the delivery timing and treatment to the customer was bad. I had a really bad experience from the manager Mr.Syam from the Kodungallur branch. I have not received the estimated amount or gold when I exchanged my gold. When u checking the ornaments They will say, you will be getting discount as well as the making charge also will be less but you won’t get as they agreed.

Worst experience I had from this branch. Very poor customer service, visited this branch last week. I am a regular customer of Malabar Gold , purchased items from their Dubai units and Thrissur branch where the customer service was excellent. The manager himself was not ready to accept the mistake of their staff initially but later when I have returned the items which I bought he has apologised. I won’t recommend any of my friends and relatives to visit / use the service of this branch.

Very poor customer service.. we reached there last minute ( 7.20 pm ).. they were in rush and showed no interest to show the pieces.. and the male staff indirectly said that if have no enough money ,just leave and it's their closing time.after we gone to Kalyan and gladly purchased.

@hashim and @rashiq ,these salesmen in ur shopes well mannered responsible salesmen, His attitude towards customer is really appreciable, iam super excited and fully satisfied in their services.

I had asked for the items which are having less making charges. And they will show the items which are high in making charges. After you decide to buy and after generating the bill you will came to know it will be having high making charges. It is happened with me so better go to somewhere else like Lakshmi or others...

Good collections, pleasent behaviour

They have given me a cheque in exchange of gold, but told me to take some amount as cash. I refused to take cash but still they reiterated many times. Malabar gold thus was forcing a black money transaction.!!

Have different collections compared to other stores in the area. The service speed is very slow 🐌.
