I wish I had 0 stars to rate this hotel. Pathetic it was. The rooms were very congested and suffocating. The price we paid was high n not worth it. I can't explain how horrible the room and the surrounding was. This hotel is attached to a bar, just imagine how the things will be. The worst part about this hotel is the mosquitoes. We opened the windows, and mosquitoes entered the room uninvited. I felt as if those mosquitoes were fed by this hotel ppl. We tried to sleep there till 1 in the midnight, but unfortunately we were not able to sleep there anymore. We came down n slept in our car till the morning. To that extent, we were irritated by the room. Service was horrible. Food, I can't even talk about it. Horrible experience. All the chicken dishes were sweetish, I don't know why. Food was terrible. One of the worst night of my life was spent in this room. I'll attach the pictures with this.

Room was good clean and good amenities. But service was bad. Not recommended for family. They didn't provide extra bed. At 9:30pm when I ask for an extra bedsheet, they said housekeeing is closed. Also at the entrance and throught out ground floor there was a very lot of druken ppl, which made a fear since I was staying with family. Basically it seems like the hotel is build for the operation of bar not for accomodation.

I had an amazing experience with Park Residency. Right from welcoming till the end service gestures were outstanding . Really loved their infrastructure and interiors. Well managed and maintained . And yeah , FOOD, Alas :) . Varieties in menu as well. Also, I’ll give 10/10 to their customer service. Admin people were amazing , polite and very professional. Well done Team Kodungallur . Keep going :)

This is not ideal for family stays but great hotel for bachelor. The hotel has a bar. The main way to the rooms and bars is the same. The road to the reception area is full of alcoholics. The corridors were full of the smell of alcohol. Good vegetarian food is not available in restaurants. Employees do not co-operate and do not provide any assistance.

Rooms are good but service is poorest. It is famous for bar, but still family can stay as no nuisance from bar or people. For my shocks, they didn't provided soap, hot water and even charged one room more than other because if there error and didn't changed it. Service is poor and people won't pick calls. When I qaa about to reach hotel I called all numbers but no one picked and on reception they gave lame excuses. They even don't use lights in nights so when i reached it was all dark and the dear security guard was also sitting in the dark not bothered to guide and when I asked we have a room booked he said its a bar, after insisting to ask reception, then he asked and finally let us in. They will say comp. Breakfast buffet but they will give only one option Dosa and curry and chutney 😵‍💫. Anyways except room nothing is good.

Very clean rooms. We stayed in the suite room.. really spotlessly clean. The room had two bathrooms! Both very clean and fitted with costly fittings. (Toto, Japan). Could reach there very late and had to leave very early. That was a miss 😊 Congratulations, keep it up 👍

Room is good and services are also good. Check for hot water in bathroom while check in.. only that we faced. Bar is at ground floor and there is not disturbance. Ample parking space available. Overall good stay
