Poor customer service. Made us wait like 10 minutes for them to come and collect the order. And didnt ask whether my fellow was talking about a Shawarma roll or plate and assumed he was talking about roll and provided the same. He didn't even bothered about it and looked at us like that was our fault for not sharing our preference at first place.

Ordered Shawarma plate and puttu icecream. Both were good and tasty.

Asked the shawarma maker its avilable he said its avilable and went to billing section and the guy in the counter with the glass said its not avilable .i said i asked the shwarma maker just now. Shwarma was still there and he was not willing to give us.its better close the shop or put a board that food will he only served who ever the guy in the counter likes..😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 very bad experince

It's an average restaurant and cafe, the dining areas are spacious and good, i tasted shawarma roll but i feel it's not too tasty

Good service and ambience however the tiffin item weren’t worth and tasty. They should work on taste.

I am a usual customer of their Al-fahm. Price is low and taste is excellent for that price. Other than the fact that they take too much time to prepare the food, the service is great. I would totally recommend their Alfahm.

Very Poor customer service, and they make me to wait for 10 minutes, and if you are a girl they will attend your table first as I have been experienced this worst movement there and nearby my table there was 2 set of girls who were seated on and they are eventually looking for them to their order in between and they are not even noticed I was there, and they took my order after my trigger.

Too much is bad food. The food bought from this hotel in the last few days, before giving it to my son, it was shawarma, even they did not know how old it was. This was the case with all the food he ate. When I told the boss about this bad food, his reaction was colder than his stale food
