Kadamakuddy is a fabulous place for a day outing. Not far from kochi City, yet calm and quiet. Beautiful views of nature and village life. Roads from the varapuzha side are better

It was sudden plan.... first time to pizhala .kadmakudy with my parents..the entire trip was nicely arranged by the team. Good behaving staff, nice boat route. Plan for an evening.....book in advance..reach there by 3.45 enjoy the boat ride with experienced driver and an excellent guide...plan dinner there at the restaurant enjoying night view of back water.... Enjoy the science and effort in chinese net fishing This will be a neighbourhood visit for metro citizens....a nostalgic trip for the villagers...a study trip for students.....a romantic photo shoot for couples... Just add a page to your life

I took this tour without much expectations.. but it turned out to be a good one. Scenic places, nice people.. we visited a local fish farm and they demonstrated how local fishing is done in this part of the world. Thanks Sandeep, Vishnu and John ..

Absolutely one of the greatest ways to spend an evening. The tour guides (Sandeep and Vishnu) launched us a bit earlier and drifted longer than scheduled in order to give us a more personal experience and really enjoy a beautiful sunset. They made certain that we experienced local living on the water in the fashion that only Kerala can present. Nothing is preserved for authenticity and no pressure to buy anything at all. There was no show put on for us, just a peek inside the lives of the islands and the life that happens there. They climbed trees to fetch the freshest of coconuts and pulled a fresh batch of prawns from the nets. This is the real deal and the greatest value for the money spent. Just pure raw beauty. Cool breezes coming off the water and panoramic views in every direction. Thank you for providing a different view and I definitely look forward to visiting again. Forget about a houseboat tour in Alleppey, this is far more engaging and much more personal.

Hidden gem not far away from Kochi. Book a relaxing boat ride to explore the living islands and get a peek into their unique way of life on how the people here travel and live amongst these waterways. Enjoy sunset on the way back and have a snack at the many cafes at Pizhala.

Very beautiful place and facilities But local people like this will destroy the ambiance the police should have an control over the local people

The place has a stunning view, perfect to watch the sunset. They provide naadan food and have kayaking arrangements as well. We went there to just unwind, so just had some tea and juices. I wish they had more snacks though. All in all, a lovely experience
