One of the hidden gems which is not explored by many. Location is easy to find. The road is little difficult. There's only walking pathways to the Paara. Only 4 or 5 people will be there even on weekends. Kanakamala is visible from here. Exploring further in to the forest is not allowed except some parts near there. There's a temple nearby. And Ombathungal temple top and moonnumury church can be seen from here. In the evenings songs from the temple, this nature and the cold breeze here are peace assuring.

Nice location, nature killers are close

I went to Kunjaly para as a part of rural development site visit by Kerala Government. The way leading to the site gets narrow and has a canal channel following it . It is a beautiful spot and an easy trek over to the top. We can see the Kanaka Mala right besides and has beautiful view from up there.

Nice view spot near home. But as usual, please please take the plastics backwith you, people! Don't throw waste here. This isn't really a popular spot or anything, but still we could see plenty of plastic thrown around. Kastham thonum

You'll get a hilltop view but its not the tallest hill there....better go to madmappara....

Good place to vist in the morning or evening.. Evening is more recommended because you can enjoy sunet in the background of kanakamala..Yes Kanakamala is clearly visible from this place

An offbeat attraction near kodakara. It is basically a group of rocks, not well maintained. It is a nice get away location to spend evenings. The entrance to this location is inside a granite quory. No default pavement or router, it's a narrow path through the forest.

This is a good place to visit if you carefully look into the mountain you can see water fall if you look in the other side you can see st Joseph's Church and ombathungal Sree kailasa siva temple together right down near the place there is a temple of Bhuvaneswari
