Food was good. Minor hiccups but they don’t change my opinion about them. Nice, clean property with ample parking area.

We only visited the restaurant and I can say on behalf of all my friends that we have had better taste. The price was also on the upper side. The ambience was good and the space outside the restaurant is also kid friendly. Kids can enjoy it with multiple options available there.

The worst hotel and staff in the whole world. We have been traveling all over the world for many years, and visited the best hotels, but we have never seen such a boorish staff. They spoke terribly and behaved as if they were kings there. We felt bad, and asked to quickly check in, so we want to rest, and they began to deliberately play for time, they saw that it was bad for us. They scoffed. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the most terrible place on earth. The staff is the worst and unprofessional. Never live here.

Very nice ambience and huge property with a restaurant. All the food items were really tasty 😋. Mostly this property is recommended for marriage booking although I didn't see the rooms but I guess they will be as good as other services.

The place is very good and staff is very polite. The manager of the restaurant is a girl who is take care about all of things. If you have any issues with the food or service she will definitely gives you the perfect solution. My suggestion: But food items in starter are very less. They need to improve their menu card. P.S: Price are reasonable, you must try once if wanna feel a luxury.

Very bad experience and service is very poor. Had to give up while waiting for food and got our food replaced due to high quantity of salt. Feel free to visit this place and waste your money !

A Very Good Property for Destination marriage. Rooms are also good. Catering Service in marriage is really amazing. Ample Parking Space. Big halls for functions.

It's very well located right on the highway, so convenient. Quick check in, very quite, however, could be a problem when there is a gathering in the property. Food was good but quite expensive and considering the price the quantity was also not adequate. So a star less, the rooms were comfortable quite spacious and well maintained. The space around is adequate for a morning jog or a stroll.

We went to the hotel as part of an organized group of friends and family to celebrate a wedding. When we checked in they tried to make us pay before we even got the key, even though we explained we were part of a group and that payment was agreed ahead of time with someone else and we were not supposed to pay anything. Until we had our friend talk with the check in counter they wouldn’t let us in. The rooms were rarely cleaned. Even when they called to agree to a cleaning time we did not always have our room cleaned. We had to ask for toilet paper at the front desk every time we needed it. After the wedding event itself, when we went to bed at 6AM, they woke us up with multiple calls to come to breakfast. They never did that in the previous days so it was difficult to understand why they decided to start towards the end of our stay and after a sleepless night. The food at the restaurant was good. The service however was abysmally slow. Sometimes they charged us for water in the morning. Sometimes they didn’t. Would not recommend the location.

We booked this place for our engagement ceremony with high hopes but it turned out to be a nightmare. We had to wait for almost an hour to get the room. Worst management ever by Akhil. AC wasn't working in either rooms or corridors or banquet hall. Even after multiple calls for room service, we didn't get anything served to our room. Book at your risk Not recommend.

We were there yesterday and it was the worst experience of the trip. The staff was incredibly rude,even after telling them to make non spicy food due to medical reasons we were given extremely spicy food. If you did not have non spicy food you should have just said no while taking the order.

They rented part of there hotel Ilets exam co. May be hotel is good but people or parent who come with students are waiting in front of this hotel in cars open sunny area. Looks like money minded people, no arrangement of water. Will share images in hour or 2 for your reference.

Initially when started this place was too good. But lately Food quality has gone very bad , visited this place 8th time. Kabab's were very dry and microwaved pre serving At present it's not as similar as it used to be.

I had the worst stay experience in my life by staying at Vivaan I was staying at 2 floor and they had some marriage party at 3 floor, the music was soo loud and people were literally jumping on floor just above me I called there reception 7-8 times asking until when this will continue because as per law the music shall stop by 11 and moreover a hotel should not be soo much irresponsible and careless that they do not care about other people staying in hotels and just charnin money by serving alcohol and allowing dancing till 1.30 I called last at 1.30 and told them I am leaving the room and than I left because I had meeting next day and as a normal human being I needed some good sleep which was not possible there I will recommend all to not stay at this hotel as you will be in problem all the time and hotel staff would not care at all

The Rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bedsheets. In food have very good variety of dishes. Staff is very attentive and helpful that we were have comfortable stay. Visit was value for money

Stayed for about 4/5 nights. Loved the place. Great decor and peaceful. Special mention to “Kawaljeet” at reception 5⭐️customer service. What a nice and humble personality. Thank you brother for your politeness. Appreciate your help. The door guy at front was also very polite and helpful.

On the way from panchkula to Delhi after a two hours drive stopped at Vivaan on the karnal bypass road for breakfast they offer a large variety of dishes in buffet breakfast for just Rs 249 plus 10 percent service tax though they advertise 21 course breakfast they actually mean 21 dishes The food the ambience the service is great the toilets are clean good parking space buffet breakfast is available till 11 am every day

Would not recommend. When we came into the room, it was absolutely cold. THERE WAS NO HEAT! They hadn’t even told us about it which was the worst part. We had to put our clothes on the floor in order to walk because of the cold. When coming to eat at the breakfast buffet, the food was horrible. There was no proper service or food served. This hotel was not worth the amount we paid.

Recently visited for retirement party get together . Situated on highway while going from chd to delhi just before karnal. Ample parking space and nice buffet option available. Service is also fast and everything is neat and clean within as well.

Beautiful resort with great amenities! The staff and their service were exceptional. I recommend this resort to everyone looking to book in the vicinity.

We took a break while traveling and found these issues: -The manager and the kitchen weren't sure of their stock to be served to us -we ordered a veg grilled sandwich and they offered us a sandwich that was cooked on one side -the stuffing was thinner then the bread -the restaurant was overly charged and didn't feel worth the service they offered -even the Nescafe canned coffee offered at Rs 50 MRP was sold at Rs 120.

Very good ambience. Right side public toilets should be clean. They r always dirty. Food is amazing. Also one feedback. There is lot of confusion between kulcha and paratha and prices r same for nan and garlic nan.

The Vivaan hotel and resort is on highway ahead of Karnal towards Ambala. If you are going from Delhi side then u have to take go through an underpass. It's hygienic and kids friendly. U can enjoy live music if scheduled. U can have multiple variety of buffet breakfast from 0730 to 1030 hrs. Overall it nice to either stay or have breakfast lunch and dinner. Some waiting period may occur depending upon rush.

A wedding is the most important event in any person's life. It was the 21st of May 2023 that my wedding was to be held and we had no choice but to book Karnal as our destination since it was in between two cities from where the bride and the groom were. We chose Vivan Hotels and Resorts to be our place and there could not have been a better choice. This place is so so good and the hospitality is exceptional of course, everything was within the budget of affordable and amazing. I cannot write this review without a special mention of the amazing food that this place has. Vivan is famous not only for the weddings but also for the food that every person travelling from this Highway stops here to have food. The food here was mouth-watering. Special mentions to Mr Rohit who took care of all the preparation and make sure that everything was done promptly and with proper care. Thank you so much Vivan for making our special day even more special and this is my first preference when it comes to destination weddings now.

Great building, beautiful facade and interiors. Lacks cleanliness and upkeep. Food quality just average. Punjabi parathas served with packaged butter. No fresh butter available. Good but unkempt Furniture. Management needs to shake it a bit.

I was at a halt for a dinner break at the resort. The property looks great and they have great sitting arrangements but when I looked at the food it was very average. Although I did not order food but I couldn't help myself looking at what they were serving. I saw someone eating Rajma chawal in a plastic plate and it was a very average looking plate and the looks can tell it was not tasty. No wonder they have a lot of cuisine to choose from but I doubt if it tastes good. I ordered a glass of lassi in that lavish property and they served a warm glass of it. 🤮 I mean who drinks warm lassi? Even the curd/milk used was not cold. Then I had to ask them to add ice to it. Very bad experience.

Excellent service and very yummy food here. I will suggest you to must try their breakfast or brunch buffet. Whenever I go to Delhi then I always take my break here.

The service by dining staff is terrific. Very slow and not responding at all. Also I ordered mix veg uttpam. It is also not upto the mark. Room is spacious and clean.the room service is also very poor. Hot water is not working. Plugs are even not working for charging laptops.

Not much experience here but stopped enroute to Delhi for Tea and washroom facility provided. Very very clean washrooms and dressing rooms for those on wheels. Tea is amazing in taste.

Stayed here for a wedding. Given the impression this place made online, I was sorely disappointed. I will not even go into the cleanliness of the rooms, suffice it to say that even basic functions like electrical sockets and showers leave a lot to be desired. The window gave us a nice view into the scaffolding and the dark tent that was probably used as a construction area. You had to basically beg for toilet paper every day and when I tried to tell them that the showers didn't have any hot water, nobody seemed to be willing to understand me or take any action. The service at the restaurant is absolutely catastrophic: on several occasions I ordered the espresso that was offered on the menu, which seemed to lead to great panic among the servers. Once I didn't end up getting anything and once I got a cup of brown water after waiting for about 30 minutes. Also, these were common experiences among my group, so it wasn't just me having some bad luck. Stay away.

The quality of food is awesome!!! You can enjoy homely food here . Not much spicy and family friendly. Not much worry about the car parking space. Service is also great here. Recommended for food during your travel.

Went there for a get together with 24 other fellow xuv 700 owners, the food quality was okay and could be improved. The location is nice, ample car parking space. The entrance is wheelchair friendly for the hotel and the restaurant. This is a Hotel, not at all a resort ( as I asked the receptionist about what all activities are there in the resort and being told that this is only hotel and not a resort 😳 🙄) found the resorts word in their name kinda misleading.

The property is well maintained and has enough capacity to hold several functions together. The outdoor activities are an addition to one's good times. Taste of food is average on positive side. While there is network issue at some parts of the property.
