during Horn bill festival , the place has a night market not to be missed ; the best thing is locals too hang around and make the place a better to go and lively , (the -ve side is night market shuts down at 9.00 pm ) ; really cool place to catch live singing and local foods

If you are in Kohima ,then it is the best place to Shop. You need to go walk and find the shops on your own, i found a few frogs being sold with the veggies. Also chicken Only problem is it is too crowded and no parking is available! So be ready to walk great distances. It is closed on Sundays and on weekdays also , all the shops get closed by 5 ...max 6pm!!

Well known landmark in the heart of Kohima Town. Tri-junction for road to Khouchiezie (local ground), traders road and road to Assam Rifles. Major stop for city buses going upto BOC and beyond, and local taxi and scotty stand. Places of interest in its immediate vicinity include the Catholic Publication Centre (CPC) and Khouchiezie. Well known cafes like Ozone and Aurora are within a minute's walk from this junction.

It's like the heart of kohima, everything you need can be found here, starting from restaurant, shopping mall, hospital,hotel,tailors, book stall, almost every basic needs is available around the Razhü area.

Good place lots of things to see around, Restaurants, local markets, etc. Only thing is it's mostly quite jammed with traffic almost all the time.

Razhu point is a just a junction in kohima. It is crowded area where one can find grocery shops, restaurants, cafes etc. One can also get buses and cars from Razhu point to different places in kohima. One of the most well known places in Kohima because of its strategic location. Although usually crowded these days this place was once the heart of Kohima town. This has been a long time transit point for city buses to drop and pick up commuters wishing to traverse across Kohima. Of late some market places have also popped up at this place.

It's a feeling of being home away from home. The service was great, they agreed to help us promptly. The setup of the house was clean and trendy. Oh, the breakfast, when you eat you don't need to eat for the rest of the day. The best service I have ever received in a homestay.

In this point or junction, you can find shops, bazaars etc fo shopping, clothing, electronics etc You can find taxi, city bus and 2 wheeler taxi as well. You can also find restaurants. Also one of the oldest and popular restaurant ABC is also there... Go explore and enjoy

This place is great to catch a city buses and taxis. Local people Street vendors sells organic vegetables, fruits, etc,. There's butcher for non-veg consumers (beef,pork, chicken, fish and mutton) Great grocery stores are available, ATM and banks are available when you need to withdraw money. Can catch taxi to go any direction. There's over- bridge to get to the other sides when it's dangerous to cross the street during heavy traffic.

Night carnival here in hornbill festival is a must visit

A very busy street where buses, taxis and even two wheeler services are at your stop. You would find varieties of shop from organic vegetables to groceries to restaurants and essential stores...this street also lead us to the Nothern gate of Kohima Local ground.
