Hotels is quite old and room carpet ,wall and furniture are quite dirty and aged. You can't find reception at late night nor early morning . This mean you can't check in or out during late night or early morning. Food quality are not good. Considering the price they charge I feel like Iam cheated. Only the plus point is you have proper parking. Iam posting this review after I personally experience this hotel.

Nice place to stay in Kohima. Rates are reasonable compared to other good hotels. It is in the centre of Kohima, location wise it is good. Taxi stand is just outside the gate. Food is ok.

Forget about other things. Need not to say as it is the flag bearer hotel of kohima. The thing that people need to know is... Paaarking lol... This hotel has a lot of parking. You can park a tank 😁

The hotel service staff directly tries to open and barge in after ringing the bell. The bell is too sharp for the ears. The hotel room interior isn't well maintained and is old fashioned. So basically the tariff card do not justify the experience on the table. They provide with electric kettle which wasn't cleancand being an reputed Hotel we expected them to provide with free coffee/milk/sugar sachets in the room ,which didn't happen. When we asked for it they provided us with 3 open small containers with coffee ingredients which wasn't covered. We didn't use it and returned it in the morning. While paying the bill they initially charged us in the bill mentioning 130 rupees for a coffee pot which actually was unprepared coffee in form of Ingredients. We clarified entire matter on which the girl on reception termed it to be our placed order and hence will be remain payable . We agreed to pay but with a stern warning that we will be writing it in our review ..On which the Manager asked the girl to waive it off. Also with food they don't provide a set of plates and spoons even if the number of guests are more than 1.. The load shedding happened at night and on asking about it ,we were informed that the person who operates the inverter/generator will come in the morning..Hence the service won't be available soon. The central AC vent is namesake in the room as it isn't working..All this pain @ the cost of 4,000 INR tariff..

Poor village type hotel...food is major issue...takes minimum 1 hour after order in restaurant..I think the waiter who takes order goes inside and cooks the food..during peaktime i.e. hornbill festival in December 2023, I found even the guard was cooking food in kitchen... pathetic rooms..services are very poor..staffs at reception are careless and they hardly care for any of your requests... running like a Bhootiya Mahal at good location...but majboori ka naam...

To organise programs this is the perfect location with parking lots

A well maintained, Clean, Hygienic and ambient place to have a tremendous stay in Kohima.

Overpriced.plus breakfast is also not provided with the stay.its better to opt for other hotel.not a good deal.

Worst experience ever in a hotel so far. They falsely accused us for damaging the properties of the hotel room and asked for compensation. So shameful. Ultimately it was sorted out saying they mistook us for another and they apologised for it. Hope nobody has to face that in future.

At Kohima

A great view of kohima is possible if you happen to be there on a bright day😉. What makes it special is the year long flowering beds that greets you as you make your way to the hotel. Private cabins are a must to try if you happen to be there. Also very much suitable for gatherings not exceeding 100+ at a single go. They usually serve good warm food with great service 😌. Heads off the the all round hygienic care they ensure.

The place , rooms, toilet, bathroom, dinning hall,etc., It's clean and everything's in order and the workers are polite, fresh and well dressed and really care for their customers. Besides the location is in the heart of the BOC, Kohima so everything is easy, to go hear and there. Market is just nearby, taxi stand is nearby. So, overall i gave a 4 star and i think it deserves it.
