Let
me
give
a
very
honest
review
so
that
the
hotel
management
finds
rooms
for
improvement.
The
rooms
are
spacious
and
comfy.
In
the
suite
room
facing
the
roadside,
the
washroom
drain
out
system
should
be
done
properly
so
that
there's
no
water
logging
inside
the
washroom.
Shower
needs
replacement(very
less
force).
The
food
was
very
disappointing.
We
were
served
with
pork
that
was
not
fully
cooked.
Fish
curry
Naga
style
we
left
it
as
it
is
after
tasting
a
piece
which
was
having
some
unfavourable
smell.
We
managed
some
how
the
night
with
a
disappointing
dinner.
The
next
morning
our
breakfast
shocked
us.
We
ordered
Puri
&
parantha
and
tea
which
came
almost
colder
than
lukewarm
water.
And
the
puri
&
parantha
was
as
hard
as
some
hard
paper
in
oil.
The
puri
sabzi
was
fine
though.
Maintaining
breakfast
timing
another
issue.
We
made
it
clear
to
serve
sharp
at
8am
but
was
served
30mins
late.
Why
am
I
saying
all
these
is
because
I
want
the
management
to
really
check
into
these
areas
as
these
are
the
basic
but
most
important
areas
where
a
good
hotel
management
should
improve
every
day.
With
the
cost
in
the
menu,
it
was
really
disappointing
to
get
such
bad
food.
The
hotel
needs
a
much
much
better
chef.
Seemed
like
the
Manager,
the
waiter
and
the
chef
are
of
a
team
of
three
young
girls
only.
We
didn't
get
to
taste
professional
touch
in
the
puri
&
parantha
especially.
Rooms
for
improvement:
1.
Rectify
the
Suite
&
other
rooms
drain
out
system
to
avoid
water
logging
inside
the
washrooms.
2.
Rectify
the
fan
regulator.
In
the
suite
there
was
just
two
speeds.
One
very
low
and
the
other
like
a
chopper
blade
speed.
3.
Seriously
need
a
good
chef
and
improve
food
quality
to
retain
guests.
4.
Maintain
serving
timings
strictly
because
every
guests
has
their
daily
schedules
fixed
and
with
a
delayed
breakfast,
there
are
high
chances
of
missing
appointments/
delay
in
meetings
especially
with
the
Kohima
traffic
scenario,
its
more
risky.
Otherwise,
Very
good
location.
Courteous
staffs.
Spacious
rooms.
Good
water
24*7.
Clean
rooms
and
comfy
beds.
Best
tariff
as
compared
to
other
hotels
in
Kohima(Pls
do
not
compromise
service/quality
with
the
tariff).
We
hope
in
our
next
visit
we
see
those
changes
in
your
hotel.
We
have
some
personal
attachment
to
your
hotel
that
is
why
it
urged
us
to
write
honestly
for
you
to
improve
and
progress.
