At least call us 1 day or an hour ahead before reaching our location for delivery cause we are not holding phone and waiting for y'all to call us.. Yesterday the delivery boy came but I couldn't pick up the call as I didn't even knew he was coming and I was busy.. When I saw the misscall I called up and he rudely said 'we have left because u didn't picked up the call and if u want your things then come to blue dart and take it or else it will be send back' even though he was rude I told him I'm sorry and thank you but he just cut the call without saying anything. ..he should work in SBI instead of working in BLUE DART

Atleast calling the customer after the parcel had arrived would be nice. What is the use of Delivery boy when he can't delivered to us.

Service can be a problem at times as they do not deliver to your door step but they call you up when your parcel arrives at kohima and you are asked to come and collect your parcel.

The whole delivery service in Kohima is laughable. Trust them to take their sweet time delivering your packages. And in the event they decide to deliver, you have to go get it wherever the delivery guy decides is most convenient for him. Even if it's ten minutes away from where you live. Isn't it supposed to be HOME delivery?? Be better, Blue Dart. Please.

It should be renamed as self service courier. No where in india do we have to go personally and get our packages from the courier service outlet except in "Christ-like" Nagaland.
