There is a reason why I'm giving 2 stars. I never been treated rudely in a resturant, the staffs were very rude. I called them n ordered food to this restaurant to come n eat over there (A male staff of the restaurant picked up the call) i clearly told them I'll be having at there restaurant and place my order through the phone. When i came at there restaurant they were packing my food, Maybe they misheard what i said to them. So i just told them if i can eat at their place and told them of they could put those packed food on a plate so that i can eat in the restaurant but the owner said (not sure if owner or not but she was a middle age women with glasses) 'no, eat ur food somewhere' n she denied placing the food on the plates (even toh i paid for the packing charges too) i was very shock when she said that so i asked her again if i could eat at the restaurant n she said 'do your wish' (rudely, without even looking at me idk why she was so angry since i don’t think i did anything wrong asking if i could have the food here at the restaurant) Only after the second time i told them again, one of the waitress there severed plates for us because of the situation i couldn't eat the food properly couldn't enjoy eating it. I would have given 1 stars or 0 if possible if it weren't for the food because the food wasn't bad was just average not WOW. I didn't appreciate the middle age women with glasses she wad very rude and didn't bother to listen to me, after i tried to talk to her, she was just showing her anger to me so i stopped talking to her before anything happens between us Ik this reviews won't affect their restaurant but i hope they treating their customers with respect n improve their customer service Anyways I'm never coming back, disappointed with the staffs working there especially the women with glasses in the counter.

This restaurant don't even deserve a star. So we were paying for our food through online mode n we were having some technical glitch,then the lady on the desk who was speaking on the phone banged the scanner and force us to pay in cash, then the second time she storm off wen we finish the payment she was fighting on the phone maybe but y open a business if the authority don't know how to treat a customer learn some basic manners atleast and get civilised. The worst service ever never suggesting the cafe again.. The lady on the desk need a tight slap 👋right on her ugly face

The quality of food has declined drastically, forget about how rude the staff is ( not forgetting the lady in the counter ). Last year , I really enjoyed the chow and roll from them but this year , the chow is so oily and the taste has also gone down. I’ve visited the restaurant in person and also asked them for delivery but every single time only 3 items are available and nothing more , the chow, the momo and fried rice. There’s no use in checking out the whole menu because you will be only offered these 3 items. Try out the restaurant if you want to have only the 3 items and be treated rudely by the staff.

The restaurant was always worth the money,good food and the amount was better than the other restaurants. Now,the food taste is different,you have to wait more than 40 minutes for your order to arrive,and the lady in the counter service is very poor,very rude. Don't want to visit again because of the rudeness.

When the hotel first opened I used to visit every weekend.... At the time the food,service,hospitality was good..... but this days the waitress don't even come to take our order. We have to wait atleast 20mints to get our order.... N their food quantity has been declining slowly each year.....Moreover its very noisy..... N the only restaurant I've ever seen who doesn't give soup except in Momo dumpling... It was very hard to swallow without the soup.. Even when we ask for soup most of the time the waitress doesn't even come back to tell that if its available or not..... Have to take care of that..... The hotel is loosing its glory.....

The food here is very scrumptious, topmost is the momo we love it.... Customer service is good as well as the delivery service .... I wonder who is the momo chef 😄😄😄

Must try if you want to taste local cuisine in Kohima .They serve only two specific local dish everyday based on their menu. So check out the menu before you visit.

The food here is just okay. Pork with anishi curry was yummy but they could add more veggies or curry to the meal I guess. The place is clean and has a very Naga kitchen vibe. We ordered food that wasn't on their specific 'day' menu but they prepared for us anyway so yay! The staff here are polite. Considering the fact that there are very less places that serve Naga cuisine for lunch/dinner, this quaint old little place is a must try.

Waitress got annoyed after she was told to clear the table we sat in, after which, she didn’t return to our table to take orders :( So yeah we left.

Glad to stumble upon this place! Great service and food. Good selection of foods on the menu. You know they’re good when they have everything on the menu at 9AM. We have coffee, omelets, pork fried rice, pork visa special, and pork momo. We all liked everything! So delicious. Very clean. Nice washroom. Spacious Resturant. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually like to give bad reviews to businesses but with how one of the staff treated us I had come say something. And after going the reviews looks like other people have also faced the same. So this was my third time going to this restaurant, I had no issues the first two times. So me and my friend were hungry and we didn’t have cash on us and we knew this restaurant had online payment mode because the first two times we went we paid through upi without any problem. So we here again thinking we could pay online. When we went up to pay the elder lady at the reception told us to pay cash and said we didn’t have any cash with us and she told us rudely how can you not have any cash with you, so we felt awkward and my friend asked her if it was okay to go get cash from the atm since she was insisting on paying cash and she got mad at us and just gave us the QR code without even looking at us and told us how you can go cashless everywhere it’s not possible. We paid and showed her when she didn’t even bother to look. We are still students and sometimes we don’t have cash on us and we were there because we knew they took online payment. Whatever it is, they should know that their business is running because of customer like us and they should seriously focus on getting their staff trained for hospitality and management. Never going back to this restaurant again.

I love this place

The lady with the SPECTACLE in the reception really need to undergo hospitality training. She doesn't even accept her mistakes. The way she say sorry was hilarious (we maybe at fault but who told you not to place orders at one go). This is not the first time I'm encountering her ungraciousness behaviour. No matter how good the foods maybe what is the use if you don't have hospitality.

The food like chow and momo are much tastier, especially momo is much bigger .

They serve the best Soup chow. Really like the sitting arrangements. Not a place for dates or quite time but if all you want is to fill ur belly go there.
