Very pleasurable atmosphere and have a great taste of food ...just love it

Went on a Sunday at around 1 pm. Pros: 1. Quickest service 2. Clean ambience 3. Good food Cons: 1. Toilet was a bit stinky

A must visit restaurant. Good place to take your family for lunch and dinner. It's yummy and delicious specially with a cup of coke or mojito you're going to enjoy your food. The interior lightings are fine. The customer service is good and the staffs are friendly. Its located near keziekie bus stand (near Bluedart), so it's easy access for those who travel by bus but inconvenient for who travel by private cars as there is limited parking or not parking space during day time. At night you can park your car at the bus stand.

Staffs needs to be trained with better communication skill and in dealing with customers.

Service was good but washroom was very unhygienic. No one wants to eat kfc with dirty hands, there was no basin to wash hands. If food inspector comes for inspection like in western countries they will shut it down. Please maintain cleanliness.

No cheese everytime and today I when there is no cheese , no rice bowl and the service is so bad.

I wasnt really that much into chicken fried nuggets but it changed my perspective today after eating at KFC kohima. Well 5 star as I enjoyed it. 👍

Decent place to hang out, food’s good if you are a chicken fan, otherwise skip the place.

I'm writing this as on 2nd Feb,2023. I had made a takeaway order via the official KFC website of India since delivery was not possible to my area. This place is not in A.G colony as specified on the Google map but it's rather located at Kezieke. I had to come all the way from the southern end of Kohima to the North of Kohima just to pick up my order which could have been avoided if the correct location was mentioned. I hope the rightful authorities make the correction at the earliest and I hope nobody gets into a bothersome, unnecessary situation akin to what I had endured today.

Ordered from Swiggy.Told them not to add drumsticks if possible in the preference section.Look what i got 4 drumsticks out of six Hot & Crispy I feel like they did it on purpose just to annoy me And also what's wrong with the Chicken popcorn tangy flavour??? Cheat day gone wasted

I say it's good, but sometimes the meat we get is not properly cooked... You can try it once though😉

I really love the ambiance of the restaurant at the heart of Kohima town. The first time was on my 12th result day with my besties of Mezhur. Then became a go to place. Great service, great food. It's also a good choice of take-out food order because of the careful packaging that is suitable for any kind situation. It is always well maintained, highly hygienic and love the tiny spaces which makes it a great choice for photoshoots😁. I'll tell you, if you haven't visited yet, you're missing the fun. Do explore before someone else does. Maybe the price rate discourages you yet you could keep it on your 'must visit' list for special occasions or 'reserve some savings'. 🤗. Heads off to the management team and everyone who contributes to making the place a fav of me and my family. We had the privilege to share the love of our dad's birthday at our home with a take-away meal boxes where I learnt they'd change the regular fried rice with new masala flavours. It was a sumptuous day to have celebrated with KFC kohima😉.

It was my first visit and and i m so satisfied with the food I had.. Friendly staff and and also satisfied with the price I paid.. Will visit soon again🙂

No manners on how to greet the customers!!! I ordered and wasn't sure if my order was confirmed. I asked all the employee at the front. They don't answer since they had no idea. Please give good training and teach etiquettes on how to handle customer. It was my first visit. Worst customer service.

The Air Conditioner (AC) was off the whole time.. The staff mention that it was because of raining outside they AC cannot work.. Like seriously i have never heard such things in my life..

Nothing extraordinary, Just two girls serving few groups of people. I guess not many prefers to eat from KFC! I don't find the place crowded, you will hardly find few lovebirds.

It has degraded so much, got nothing to pickcthis days, smoked grilled not available fo almost 2 years and now we don't find even other parts... Even the taste, it's better to shut down then to sell low rated chicken..

These few day maybe due to huge demand, we don’t get crispy fried chicken anymore. Perhaps they fry and keep it in the warmer for quick order to be executed. And the worst is getting some stale chicken. KFC india need to check such practices as it spoiling their reputation

Is it just me or also to some others as well that i find the taste tad different from KFCs in the metros.
