Nice hotel and especially the behaviour of hotel personnel was excellent

Horrible service. Room in the ground floor is too cold and not safe. No one receive call at the reception. You need to visit at the reception desk. Asked for drinking water which never arrived. Finaly bought from the local market. Earlier we planned to continue at this hotel. But we stayed one night and checked -out the other day.

Small room....No window .... Fills like the room is damped...Only plus point it's roof top restaurant....The ambience is cozy and warm.

The hotel is centrally located with heritage sites namely The Kohima War Cemetery, Raj Bhavan, all within walking distance. The staff are very cordial and a complimentary car wash within the hotel premises is a big bonus.

It's a very nice place to visit and stay in this hotel the room service is so mesmerizing and the variety of views and menue they provide is so good so good and environment friendly hotel. 24x7 water, electricity and WiFi.

Service need improvement it's really horrible to stay during winter as they don't provide room heaters temp goes down to 6 degrees at night

This is hotel located at a place away from the busy town of both PHQ Junction and Main Town Kohima. The hotel has become a hotspot for local, domestic and foreign tourists. The hotel is nicely constructed with a good view at the top floor. The environment is quite, pleasant and peaceful. There is also good food and the waiters are also polite and helpful. There may be a slight parking issue however that may not be too big of an issue. You should pay the hotel a visit if you're in town.

My First visit was good at 2k hotel. the rooms was neat and clean .but some smell was coming from blanket clean bed sheets clean pillow clean floor .the room service guys was humble ... Food was good they serve hygienic .

It's a clean. And basic place to stay. Run very professionally. Good for a few days. There is parking. But it's a tad small.

I would say the foods are very moreish, the employees are also very humble, decent and polite.

The staff are just amazing. Very helpful. The place is squeaky clean
