The receptionists are very rude, imagine asking patients to rudely bring change. If they are so worried about change and want people to bring change for payment of fees, maybe they should put up a signboard saying so. No proper queue of the patients are maintained, patients are given preference if they know any of the doctors or the staff and the other patients are made to wait for the whole day. This is out of the world

The nurse r so rude , n the reseptionist are like in the top of the world, scolding n shouting at the old age people when they ask questions.. They have to be polite, kind and humble to the people since its there duty and they are being paid for that.

The non local nepali girl at the reception has got the rudest attitude. first of all she wasn't at her counter after I waited for her patiently for almost 20mins she starts showing me her attitude. The management should take note of the staffs behaviour, their behavior will be the death of this hospital.

ENT doc. Dr wapang got a good communication skills and well Experienced person....But Was Quite disappointed with one Lady (Woman) in Hospital pharmacy.. She was so Rude..As a Healthcare provider myself I suggest that she should be more kind towards patients in her ways of Talking and Handling things to patients... I'm so Unhappy with her attitude.. 👎 Otherwise all the other staffs was so Friendly and faces filled with smiles when I approached them including the ophthalmologist.. Thank You... Keep Growing.. This hospital has got very rude receptionist, negligent and unprofessional staffs. We come here and pay for ur services not to pay for ur rude behaviours.

The doctors and some of the nurses were very friendly they treat us very good but one think should improve is receptionist are a little rude to patients

Some Nurses in icu were extremely rude and unprofessional. Hygiene is also a problem in this hospital

The nurses in the ICU are unprofessional. They will literally sit there gossiping about patients and playing games and they would even play loud music on their phones ealy in the morning. There was a time our patient was getting severe allergic reaction from the medicines so we approach the nurses multiple times but the nurse were being sarcastic and even said that the patient was being psycho while there were bumps visible on the skin. It is scary that they're incharge of patient in critical conditions yet they have no care, no empathy or sympathy and they're unprofessional , some of them doesn't seem to know what they're doing.

This hospital is becoming bad. It was one of the best many years back but now it’s not being maintained well. Their ER is so outdated and so are their equipments. Though a lot of people come here. Needs better accessibility too. Parking here almost impossible.

The people in the reception desk are so rude and impolite They don't even have the manners to be humble or nice to people. The worst receptionist Please teach them some manners And how to respect others

Bethel Medical Centre is a very public friendly hospital, In terms of customer service and economic friendly. Health Care has become expensive over the years and I've seen the hospital cut down a lot of burden on hospital fees for economically weaker patients and that says a lot. Very God Fearing Staffs, I once walked into the nurses room one early morning to check on some test results and they had me join them for prayer. Which was a very heart warming experience. Bethel Hospital has one of the best ENT specialist and Pediatric specialist (as per experience). Although quite noisy from the neighbouring markets but maintainance is good.

Atleast in this 21st century, try to set up online payment facility like gpay or card payment.

Those Aunties in the Receptions has an ill attitude, very rude don't know how to behave like a professional receptionist. They don't have the quality to approach a patient. And also not forgetting the lady who gives token no. & registration card.

Doctors are good but Disappointed at the night service, its written 24 hrs open but it's not ...No one is available at the counter nor anyone response to calls after 1am, went there for emergency twice had to go to Bethesda hospital since no one bothered to answer .. No professional work ethic i should say...

Located in the heart of town but the approach road is narrow and parking is hard to get. Doctors are very helpful and professional with their work.

Best Child Doctor in Nagaland he is exceptional. Kind hearted Physiotherapist who is always willing to help. All doctors are God fearing and give their best for the patients as their own family.
