We consider ourselves so fortunate to have Dr. Keduovinuo take care of our mum. The Doctor and the entire staff of Putuonuo Nursing Home are always very friendly, attentive and professional. We had a very positive experience with Dr. Keduovinuo and her entire staff. May God bless you and give you good health, strength and courage to continue doing the good works that you do. Thank you for all that you give to your patients.

Putuonuo nursing home has become very close to my heart because of my truly professional doctors, Dr. Keduovinuo & Dr. Thejavinuo. My stay there was truly a good experience. The doctors are the best, most dedicated, who never tire of explaining and answering to our endless queries. The staff are very friendly & compassionate. Why go to other hospitals/ town/state, when you have the best here. I would highly recommend this nursing home.

I absolutely love the doctors at the hospital. They are highly skilled and provide one of the best services. However, the attitude of the receptionist and fellow colleagues at the counter needs serious intervention. They are cold, arrogant and not at all welcoming. The customers service needs to be improved. I have been visiting the hospital occasionally for the past 9 years, but the attitude of the staffs is a downer. I really hope this can be improved.

My youngest daughter was delivered by Dr Thejavinuo at Putuonuo Nursing Home in 2017. The doctor's skills and warm care ensured my delivery was not just stress free, but efficiently done. Putuonuo has the best Ob & Gynae Doctor in Kohima!

I have had the most satisfactory experience with the Putuonuo Nursing Home. In 2016, I got my 5th child delivered here and it was exceptional, because I was opting for a normal delivery post 2 C-sections and many doctors did not want to take the chance, but the specialised doctors monitored me throughout the pregnancy and gave me the best medical attention. Dr Thejavino Keditsu and her team were awesome and I recommend all expecting mother's to make it the first destination. In 2018, I was again at the hospital for a small tumour detected, and even then I had the best medical attention that I could hope for in any part of India. I am very grateful to the team of doctors and nurses in the nursing home. By far the best hospital for women and cancer related treatment in this part of the country.

I went to Putuono Nursing Home for removal of an Anterior Abdominal wall Fibromatosis . Since it was going to be my fourth surgery (inclusive of two LSCS ) I was kind of scared and depressed. The warm homely atmosphere and the care I received here was what I needed. I had crossed my state border to get treated in another state and I am so glad it crossed my level of expectations. May PNH progress and cater to the needs of many in the coming days.

I highly recommend Putuonuo Nursing Home to all pregnant mothers. It’s the best in Kohima. I just have a couple of sincere requests: 1. Please reduce the registration fee if the patient is coming after the first time. We were charged Rs. 300 every time we came for our monthly visit. Reducing by Rs. 200 or so will make us feel appreciated and also show that the hospital sympathises with their regular patients. 2. While waiting for the doctor, please please please give preferential treatment to pregnant mothers in their third trimester. It is a big struggle to wait for long hours with a heavy pregnancy. Other hospitals do that and I really wish Putuonuo Nursing Home would also do the same thing.

One of the best hospitals in Kohima for women disease, and specially for cancer treatment. Doctors are well qualified and highly professional, staff are also well trained. Small hospital with personalised care.

I’ve had a very reassuring and secure experience at Putuonuo Nursing Home. Since it was my first pregnancy, I was full of doubts and questions, and one thing which stands out about Dr. Thejavinuo Keditsu is that she listens to and explains every single query with so much patience and professionalism. I looked forward to every scheduled appointment, ultrasound visit because it meant an exclusive time for an elaborate doctor-patient communication. She was just a phone call away and would monitor the symptoms accordingly, even at odd hours. After the delivery also, she was constantly available and monitored the post natal symptoms, encouraging me to establish breastfeeding etc. I’m very grateful to Dr. Thejavinuo Keditsu and the entire fraternity of Putuonuo Nursing Home for the love, care and support extended, and more so, for being available when needed. I definitely look forward to my next visit:)

It's one of the best hospital in kohima for women to receive treatment. The hospital is run by various specialist and the patient can feel assured to be treated by them. One of the major disappoinment is that, the hospital is usually occupied with lots of patient, so one patient can't stay long nights at the hospital. The doctors discharge the patient quickly in order to make space for another patient on the waiting. However, this problem is due to few number of hospitals in the area. I'm sure the hospital is trying to manage for the best interest of the public.

Our family is very thankful to Putuonuo Nursing Home esply. Dr Keduovinuo for taking really good care of me from the moment I was admitted till the time of my discharge. The nurses were very courteous and extremely helpful. They were always there (24*7) checking out on my health condition, which I don't think any hospital in Kohima would give such selfless service. We couldn't imagine traveling outside of Nagaland for cancer treatment. She really helped me mentally to prepare myself for surgery and finally it was done successfully. I couldn't thank her enough for the consultation and for the successful surgery. Kudos to the nurses and Dr Keduo.

The best hospital in Nagaland. The doctors and the staffs are very friendly and professional. The doctors are very qualified, the way they explain about the problems and make us understand our illness is excellent. I am especially thankful to them for being so considerate about our financial situation. They give the patients many free consultations and even give huge discounts on operations. Had a good experience. I would recommend this hospital to anyone .

Worst experience in these hospitals i hope and request the administration to look into this matter or shut down this system. Took a prior appointment at a fixed time at 9:00am to doctors check up.... On reaching the hospital reception was lying to us to wait for a few minutes we sat down waiting for doctors arrivals for an hour ask the receptionist about the arrival of doctors still told us that doctors will arrive within an hour, we waited for more than 4 to 5 hours for doctors still no reply from doctors. So dissatisfied with the so called business of service why don't they tell us or suggest us for others hospitals where doctors are available instead making us wait for 4 to 5 hours ....... They shouldn't have lie to us not only us but there are still many patients waiting like us who took a prior appointment at 09:00 and for doctors and yet till 12:30 doctors didn't arrive..... So sorry for other patients too will suggest others not to deal with this situation ....

The nursing home has the best doctors in town (country). Everyone including the staff nurses are very friendly and very dedicated to patient treatment and care. I had a surgery done here because the doctors here are the best educated and highly recommended in the country. Post-surgery, I was very impressed with the round the clock patient care from Dr.Thejavinuo Keditsu Kire and the nurses. My mother too had undergone a cancer surgery here from Dr. Keduovinuo and staff members. Any sickness or ailment is paralysing to human mind, specially when it involves a surgery to get "it" removed. But everyone here makes you feel safe and well cared for. The place is clean, hygienic and very quiet for a place located in the heart of the city. I definitely recommend Putuonuo Nursing Home as a MUST go to place for best patient consultation, treatment and care in Nagaland. Why go out of the state when you know you have the best at home??? I wish the doctors and staff my best always. God bless.

This particular hospital has a record of years of sincere dedicated service to rich and poor alike. This is one place where you can go forward with total Trust and Confidence as it has highly professional and God fearing doctors. Gratefully thanking Dr.Thejavinuo Keditsu for successfully conducting my surgery with total efficiency and a lot of care. Also they have the latest medical equipments along with a team of sincere nurses and staffs. As per my experience I would totally recommend this hospital to everyone.

I have been with my wife to this hospital more than 7 times, because switching doctor in the middle of a treatment did not feel wise and my wife persisted we go here. We always, always had to wait for more than 3 hours! There was never a time where our appointments were met on time. The administration should really look into this matter, the whole point of taking a prior appointment is that we meet the doctor at the given time. I understand that there can be emergencies some days but every visit? I would not suggest you go here in case of an emergency.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PERIOD‼️ The facilities is ok for a modern hospital , however the staff appeared to be mostly inexperienced trainees. Words cannot express the terrible expirience I had at this hospital. I cannot forget the uneccesary trouble they let us go through despite of complying with their so called Hospital policies which they themselves are unable to uphold on their part. As a human being I would not recommend it to anyone. And to the hospital management staff , I recommend you Train your staff or in the least remove the uneccesary huge amount of manpower.Quality over quantity

I am really thankful to Dr.Keduovinuo. Honestly, I came with so many apprehensions, however, some questions in my mind were answered even before asking. She is courteous, humble and approachable and made everything simple that all my apprehensions were finely explained. After meeting her I was comforted and encouraged. My surgery was done successfully and I am back home and recovering. I am grateful to the team involved in the OT and also all the nurses for your help and taking good care of me. Keep up the good work and may God bless you allπŸ™

Testimony from Linkhum's Father: Firstly, I would like to thank the entire team of Putuonuo Nursing Home. My son was born with a swelling in the forehead and right hand wrist anomaly. I was advises by a doctor to wait for about 4years because in some cases the lump disappears on its own. So, I waited for 4 years but it seemed like it was getting bigger so I went to Putuonuo Nursing Home to remove the lump. Thankfully I met Dr. Keduovinuo who was very kind and generous. I was also able to avail PMJAY card there, which helped me to cover all the expenses of my son's tumour surgery. The treatment was done successfully. I am thankful to everyone for looking after my son as their own. I would definitely suggest everyone to go to Putuonuo Nursing Home for treatment.

We were told that my father would be paralysed for life, we went to many doctors before meeting Dr Neilakuo at Putuonuo. He operated my father and on the very same day my father walked by himself. Dr Neilakuo is the best spine surgeon in India and may our good lord bless him abundantly.

Honestly, I have had many encounters with the so -called "cold-rude-nurses" In many pvt and govt hospitals but the nurses and doctors in this Hospital are so friendly and caring that one feel so safe and contended to be in their #hands#. My sister had her womb tumour surgery done from this HOME and suggested me there, which was my second c-section... The best so far . . .. Thank you Putuonuo Nursing Home.... keep on doing great πŸ‘

Two major treatments done at Putuonuo in the last few years. We remain especially grateful to Dr. Keduovinuo, whose demeanor is always calm and professional yet warm and approachable at the same time. Special mention to Putuonuo’s nurses who habitually go out of their way in giving care and support to all patients, young and old.

One of the worst experiences ever in kohima hospitals till now.... Took an appointment at 09:00am waiting for doctors to arrive till 10:00 and I asked the receptionist about the arrival of doctors and requested us to wait for some time, so we carried on waiting with patients for doctors arrivals till 12:00pm but still no doctors have arrived, I'm shocked for the emergency people how they will be waiting for this much hours for doctors, This is not the way they should treat patients or lie to them if they are out of doctors they should have been honest and suggest their patients to other hospitals where doctors are available they shouldn't have held their patients for 5 to 6 hours waiting for doctors after making appointments.

A homely hospital. Ahumane home with beautiful God fearing professionals. In fact this hospital is having a bright futuristic dreams. Amongst all, a wonderfully gifted lady doctor,Dr.Keduovinuo Keditsu who is a Gold medalist, a super specialist, a determined soul and a motivational tongue with a humanitarian heart is looking after the hospital. Having a a very far sighted dreams. Team of dedicated and cooperative doctors and nurses is remarkable. The office staffs are also highly appreciable. Bountifullly, I am blessed to give my gratitude and thankfulness to them. Iam also encouraged to say that this hospital might have turned to a charitable mission in saving life and soul of the down troddens one day. May the Almighty God bless them all and may the hospital ever progress!
