If your budget is low than this is the best best place you can probably hope for.Away from the town... So it's a quite and peacefull place

Good. The ground floor is made of concrete. 1st floors are made from wood (you can occasionally hear the crack if you walk around the room) and the washroom (1st floor) roofs are kind of attached with other rooms, probably because of air flow/ventilation. Can hear other people snoring at night. But good for a short stay, for exams and Airbnb. And it's affordable.

They keep playing music late at night so it's so irritating as it distrub the guests,neighbours and a hostel 😭

One of the best budget friendly home stay hotel in kohima staffs are too good .. You wont find a best homestay then theja lodge in kohima … Only for 1000 rupess thats very cheap compared to other hotels in kohima… Well maintained property… Cleanliness you will fell like your home .. and the food they serve you will get the taste like your home … stayed multiple times whenever i visit kohima …
