Not the best but serves its purpose. It has a decent football ground, a basketball court, volleyball court, and track and field events can also be conducted here. In addition to all these it also has a rostrum. Due to this sole reason of being multi faceted, many schools, churches, organisations, colonies etc. make use of it to conduct their sporting activities. It is under the management of D. Khel which is one among four clans in Kohima village which is rightly suggested by the name from which has its derivation. One may need prior permission if one is to conduct sporting activity which involves many people, tournaments etc. for which the management may charge certain amount depending on different factors.

One of the oldest grounds in Kohima village it plays host to many events for the people of village and the State capital. The village was constructed by the local village folks of Dapfhütsumia Khel many years ago. The ground is located in the middle of D. Khel. The ground has a basketball court, a tennis court and a rostrum. A government middle school and government higher secondary school is located in the close proximity of the ground.

It's the sporting ground for D. Khel. There is seperate space for football, volley and basket.

Nice play ground for the public

Condition is good to play football, basketball and volley ball. The football pitch is much smaller than the standard pitch. Nothing much interesting than that.

I live 15 years in D khel and i have so many good and kind freinds in D khel that's why I love to live in D khel
