Kohima post office employees should be fired immediately!!!!!. They are the reason why Nagaland is still lacking behind in many areas. They never pick up any calls, never update online for tracking, doesnt even call when the stuffs have already reached the office for days, closes the office early. What kind of service is this..!!!!!??? Please find another job that suits your laziness. DO NOT provide such kind of services to the customers... Everytime i need to receive any package i wait for almost a month to receive it and sometimes we are in urgent need of things but because of this service we get delayed.

-Invalid number. -no way to contact. -package will be in the office for more den 5 days -high charges. -worst worker attitude. -no proper receipt. Doesn't even deserve one star. Please shut down the office.

Worst customer service. Should train the staff on proper work ethics and conduct. Waited in line to deliver one package for more than 2hrs. Then when my turn was coming up the staff just got up , took her bag and phone said go to next counter and she just LEFT... There was also a long line in the next counter so if you go you have to stand again in line from the end since it may be improper for other customers who are in next line. Adding up another 2 to 3 hrs extra of waiting....it was such a huge mess..

Everything is good except the customer service. It will be good if the workers are nicer and kind towards the one who come to give their parcel. Had my first experience today going to kohima post office but it was disappointing. Even if we ask something their looks are scary, they replied like we are so dumb or so. Areh we don't know so we are asking, can't you clarify us without showing attitude lol. 😨 first impression is always good👍 So please improve that and be more nicer next time.😊

Will be honest, horrible customer service. The employees are very snarky; lady with dark eyeliner and bun thinks it's funny to make fun of customers in front of them and was very rude when i went to send my package. When i called for help to return something, the other workers right in front of me continued laughing and talking and completely ignored me. I feel that's quite inappropriate to do, especially at the place they've been given employment in. Should be taught manners and etiquette, it's quite embarassing for their age to treat customers in such a way

Please improve your service. Postman should deliver parcels instead of asking people to come and pick up from office. Also, give information to customers on time regarding their parcels.

Terrible!. Upto Dimapur PO, the packages gets delivered and shipped off on time, but when it reaches this office there is always a holdup, no updates on the tracking websites and it will stay that way for even upto 4 days!. Half of the time of the whole parcel's journey is getting STUCK in this office RE-edit : Dimapur PO is even worse!

I have send a product from bhopal a month ago, should have delivered, in just one week. Its already been 1 month, and still kohima post office have not yet delivered the product. Since i get the product from nagaland to bhopal in just 2 days. Is the service that bad in kohima post office? And i tried calling their lane line number, they pick up but nothing! Just silent. Incharge should take up this feed ASAP. I want my product delivered in a day or two.

The main problem is late delivery... No tracking updates in time... I hope and wish our people will be more sincere and punctual in their works lik other states..

I reached the office before 4pm but it was already closed.The staff was inside but they didn't respond. Really disappointed, was urgently needing some stuff from the office. Please use the time correct. I came from a very far place looking at the time

First of all, if you use this service make sure that your parcel has a tracking no. upon arrival don't expect to get a call or any kind of messages that your package has reached its destination. Secondly, if you expect your parcel to be delivered by the staffs then you must be from a foreign land. Thirdly, don't expect to retrieve your package on the first day you step foot into their office, there's more chances of you being kidnapped than having things work out the way it should. Fourthly, read your Bible everyday and pray to God that your package reaches home safe and does not wander about along the way like the Prodigal son. Lastly, don't bother complaining to India Post on Twitter because you will get the same response every time, "address is incomplete - cannot be delivered" in spite of having the full add clearly written on the package along with the phone no. Welcome to 1961!

Bc this nagas people if u are working in this type of job category atleast give your attention to customer parcel & also customer call .. everything is delay and even we call this kohima headquarter office they never pick our phone call..from dimapur everything is okay but wen our parcel reach kohima it tooks lots of time to deliver...Pls do something for this type of people or just kicked them out & replace with some educated people..

Horrible Experience check for the photos.....so basically the P.O is infested by rats....doesn't even deserve a star. Thank you so much learned my lesson never to trust this service.

Customer service is hell. Don't expect to get your goods right after it has reached(or the next day) They'll never deliver, we have to go and take it. System failure happens frequently(or maybe they are just lazy)

A nice and approachable lady came to my service as I entered the room. She helped me get my parcels and was kind enough to carry my stuff out as I was alone and had two parcels. She continued expressing her concerns for me to get a taxi (thanks to this kind lady). Though so many of the other reviews gave me a negative connotation the reality of my encounter at the post office was totally different. The parcel came just as it was packed in good condition. Continue the good service👍
