A one stop shop that'll take care of almost everything you need ranging from daily essentials, kitchen needs, toiletries, snacks, garments etc. at very reasonable prices, and at times below MRP along with attractive offers and free gifts. You name it you get it. One thing to be kept in mind is, the quality of the goods cannot be guaranteed, it is up to the buyers to seek for quality goods, as one will find a lot of cheap products of very low grade. It is always packed with customers as it caters to need of everyone and has something or the other for everyone. At peak business hours it becomes hard to shop as shoppers increase and every step you take will be met by another shopper. There is also lack of ample parking space which does not mean it lack one as it has got one. It has been catering to the needs of the people of Kohima since it's inception.

The goods are fine, its as expected. Its the customer service that needs to improve. Definitely not customer friendly. Take a break if you must or talk with your supervisor if you do not get enough breaks but sighing and frowning in your customer's face looking at the queue is not appropriate at all. Makes me feel bad that I am shopping thereat all. Unbelievable!

Very bad experience. Teach the staff basic etiquettes. The lady at the kurta counter was extremely rude. Please do your work properly. Atleast assist the customers properly. The products are very good and reasonable but the staff needs to change their attitude. This is isn't the first time I've encountered with rude staff. There are no rich-poor customers, should treat everyone alike.

Luckiest Mall. Best location available anywhere in Kohima. Local bus stop, community bus stop, taxi stand, and the biggest junction that handles the most number of vehicles, both moving and parked, at any given time. Once upon a time, every kitchen had "Maaza gold Tea" teaspoons (you got them for free with chapatta packets). Now every house has the same Vishal spoons. Progress!

No SOP maintained for COVID. No social distancing and staff also don’t put on masks. The cash counters are seen mostly without staff and so it’s a nightmare to wait in the cash counter to make payment, takes more time at the cash counter than to do the actual shopping

You can buy almost everything u need at affordable price. Must visit for saving money n time and buy fantastic products.

Overall is good experience, there are two main things which the management of mart can think . 1. Mobile network connectivity inside the mart (jio users). 2. Stock availability for same product of different colour and size.

A great place to shop around. Best days to visit will be the week days. Weekends are pretty a rush hour. Clothes are cheap and the goods are mostly on discount. Utensils are of good quality and bulk purchases seems quite cheap. Love the coupons on higher purchases.

You can get both men's and women's fashion, grocery, accessories, beauty products etc with reasonable price.. Note: you'll not find medicine and electronic (like mobile) here.. The material and quality are decent..

Very nice shopping facility in Kohima with reasonable rates. It is housed in a five storied building with each floor dedicated to different variety of stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, with the passing times it is becoming increasingly crowded. so one needs to have sufficient time at hand in order to satisfactorily complete the shopping experience.

The products looks fine but the Checkout Counter is a big negative. Out of 5-6 counters only one or two functions, if you're behind 4th queue line, call your love ones and tell him/her you're helping Russia repair a broken tank bogies.

It's no different from other vishal mart. Its being managed by suffecient inefficient staffs & shopping in any vishal mart is a nightmare experience so far.

Some clothes are decent & very cheap when we buy it on offers. It depends on how we dressed ourselves most times it looks fine if we wear it , kitchen items , commodities, & products are great. Food section is something I don't like, my only problem is with the lack of ventilation, & unsystematic handling of customers.

Over all no complaints for the product served...but the sales man/helpers...specialy the billing staffs very rude n egoistic wit the customers comparing to the staff of trends kohima.

Nice place. Billing for card payment little bit delay. They can improve by placing an express counter for less then 8 items. It should be strictly followed.

It is the most important shopping mall in Kohima. You would get almost every essential commodity here at much coveted reduction. It is always overcrowded with buzzing people.Most of the time people wait for long queues.The most important problem here is car parking.

One very unfortunate incident was with the Jacket The actual price was 500 five hundred, buy 2 get offer 40/45% so I took it two and when I got to the cash counter a cashier told me this product has no offer, so to confirm they made call within them and let us to wait for nearly 1hour, that was fantastic moment standing before hundred people for the small offer. And found no offer but I just paid it as it is.

One stop solution for all your household needs , if you are new to this place and need everything like bed items kitchen item washroom item all available under one roof. Price is reasonable and item are available in discounted price too, and stuff are very helpful and customer centric. Overall good 👍 experience.

We go mostly for Groceries shopping here, you can find all varieties of food items, from Rice to biscuits at discounted prices, buy 2 get 1 free. Apart from groceries, they also have cutlery and Clothes, and kids' toys and soft toys. You can get many of you things in a One Stop Shop. Car Parking- if you are Lucky, you will get a car parking spot right next to the mart entrance. Else do a double parking and leave your number.
