Food was really very tasty in here. They also have pool in the terrace as well as lounge area under open sky

Hotel rooms are not well maintained. Noisy atmosphere. Pool timings are from 1 to 9 PM. Private pool party was booked by someone and so we weren't allowed to visit inspite of payment. The Restaurant service and management are poor. 1. Food delayed and also served cold 2. Breakfast is not a buffet. We had to order the items, among only 2 choices. Corporate clients please avoid as they insist on no changes if GST bill is printed. Bad experience the first time and will never recommend very disappointed.

I was at Dimapur for work purpose and this hotel was located in close proximity with my workplace. Therefore I booked this hotel, although it's priced a bit on the higher side but the service, location and the rooms are really value for money. Courteous staff of the hotel shall assist you with all things you require. It was overall a very good experience.

Hotel Location was very Good. Food Quality was superb specially veg food.

It was not worth the price. The rooms were dirty. The cups and spoons in the rooms were used and dirty. The mini fridge was very dirty. And the shower was dirty as well. The corridors were very dull, no decors. It felt like a 1 star or 2 star hotel. And the room lights were very very dull. Also, there was no back up when the electricity went off. We had to stay in the dark for more than an hour. There are also no proper sockets. Only two was usable. 1 near the bedside and 1 on the tea table used for the electric kettle. No sockets for appliances available in bathroom or dressing table.

The room lights are very dim. The corridors are poorly maintained. There was dirty sticky used spoon in the room. No proper charging socket. Only 1 was usable and other used for electric kettle. There should be socket near the mirror for electric appliances use but it's not there. The shower sink was very dirty. No back up for lights . We had to stay in the dark for more than an hour. The tables were very dusty. The mini fridge was very dirty and unplugged. The entry is confusing and does not look like a 3 star hotel entry way. The staff of the room dining were inexperienced. Overall not worth the money. Other no star hotels in the area are better.

Comfortable rooms, polite staff...food is pretty good but no room view

The stay i had at hotel Lake shilloi was absolutely Excellent. The Staff are Excellent. The Food is very good as well. And everyone is very friendly. So it was an excellent 2 week stay.

Rooms are big and spacious. Location is the best thing just above Vishal mega Mart near City tower.

The place was good but the swimming pool needs to be cleaned and the pool was a little bit smaller than i expected the rest was good

Hotel Lake Shilloi is one the best hotels available in the Dimapur city. It is located above Vishal Mega Mart in Dimapur city. Rooms are clean and servics fast. This hotel is also considered as one of the safest hotels in the city but no so budget friendly. But as per the service and facilities of the hotel, prices are justified. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience

Very poor quality rooms and some of the food smells of chlorine. The food orders are delivered very late, waiting time more than 45 minutes. Horrible stay and hopeless food! The AC doesn't work properly, electricity backup is poor! Water leaking from flush.

Nice rooms with all Modern Facility. ....also the Hotel located in prime location......you can enjoy the night life....safety is very good.....rooms are specious and food was also very good.

Good place to hangout. The pool is good as well. The food in the resturant is good. Service is okay but it takes quiet long for the order to arrive. If you are looking for a homely stay or any kind of gatherings or reunion i would recommend this place.

Hotel is good …but hotel check in timing is weird.i entered at 10.45 they said check in timing is 2pm and I have to wait till.Very disappointing.

Staffs were very hospitable. And the evening view from the rooftop is indeed a treat to the eye.

Lake shilloi is an incredible hotel. With incredible stuff who is anytime ready for help. N rooftop pool n lounge is a bomb 🪀

Bad experience. Place looked good but the service - extremely slow despite the fact that there were no customers apart from us. Had to wait for almost an hour for food although we ordered only 2 items. To top that off, we were served the wrong dishes. Totally disappointed!
