I don't know why, but the receptionist was with full of attitude. She don't have to act like an arrogant tax collector. As a costumer, we expect a little care, nothing more..!! As a HUMAN BEING should never judge a person by its appearance or clothes..!!!

Some Retailers have too much of attitude. No proper customer service. Product wise good but costly whilst cheaper at online for the exact same product.

Jack N Jill has a very good variety of clothing and their choices for the cloths are very good too. As for the staff they are quite friendly and helpful but my only complain is that they should fix their air conditioners... it's really hot in Dimapur and honestly stepping into Jack N Jill is like a punishment

High value products not affordable by all section of citizens.

We find a variety of items here from clothes to accessories, toiletries , toys etc.The prices are quite reasonable. The sales person are good and helpful. It has a good toilet facilities. One can also visit the funky Buddha restaurant on top of this shopping mall which makes it convenient for the shoppers as one usually gets hungry while shopping.

Has got good collection. Cost can be a factor if looking for cheaper options. The staff is polite and good. Reaching the place can be tricky as it's bit inside from the main road. Advisable to either go on foot or take a auto uptill there.

A shopping mall that has everything you want and more. Well maintained, section of accessories for all, nicely placed. Only problem is the parking place, very difficult sometimes to get to the shop.

This is one of the best and the biggest multi brand store in Nagaland. Very good customer service. If you are looking for quality branded clothes, then this is the store to visit. Parking and location will be the downside for the visit.

Well maintained, perfect room temperature and active staffs. Free advice, Please tell your staff to stop following customer everytime, I mean it makes customer uncomfortable. If we customer needs help we will certainly call out!
