CHARGED
WITHOUT
ANY
FACILITIES!
I
came
to
India
from
New
Zealand
after
3
years
thats
why
I
had
to
go
on
a
vacation
with
my
family.
This
was
the
worst
vacation
I
have
ever
had
and
I
really
regret
choosing
Rudra
Resort
(Kolad).
My
mom
is
active
member
of
Club
Mahindra,
Royal
Resorts
and
Country
Club
so
we
are
well
aware
of
the
rules.
We
visited
this
resort
as
it
is
a
tie
up
resort
with
Country
Club.
1)
I
visited
with
my
mom,
dad
and
brother.
Since
we
booked
through
Country
Club
we
could
only
get
1
room
as
it
is
a
tie
up
resort.
Upon
arrival
we
were
told
that
dual
occupancy
is
allowed
and
they
can
provide
1
extra
bed
for
3rd
person
but
nothing
for
the
4th
person
and
charges
for
the
3rd
person
will
reflect
on
the
bill
upon
checkout.
When
asked
about
the
4th
person
we
were
told
by
the
reception
staff
(trainee)
that
he
could
stay
in
the
dormitory
as
a
driver
which
was
not
possible
as
we
are
a
family
of
4.
Upon
requesting
for
extra
room
we
were
told
they
can’t
give
us
extra
room
as
we
cane
through
Country
Club.
They
also
took
ID
of
myself,
my
mom
and
dad
so
we
adjusted
my
brother
in
our
room
with
any
extra
bed
or
facilities
for
4th
person.
Upon
checkout,
the
manager
included
the
extra
bed
charges
for
4th
person.
When
my
dad
asked
about
it
to
the
manager,
he
started
to
argue.
My
dad
asked
the
manager
to
write
on
the
bill
that
no
facilities
were
provided
for
the
4th
person
but
the
manager
said
NO
so
he
asked
the
manager
to
stamp
the
bill
he
refused.
He
asked
the
manager
for
contact
details
of
the
owner
but
he
didn’t
give
that
either.
When
my
dad
proceeded
with
the
payment,
the
resort
had
network
issue
due
to
which
the
payment
couldn’t
be
processed
for
about
30
minutes
so
cash
payment
had
to
be
made.
When
asked
why
were
we
given
wrong
information
that
we
cannot
get
extra
room,
the
manager
said
the
person
who
gave
this
information
was
trainee
and
when
asked
how
come
you
leave
the
resort
for
a
trainee
to
look
after
we
were
told
that
the
manager
himself
was
in
the
office
but
didn’t
come
out
at
the
reception.
2)
We
stayed
from
7-9
June
2022.
There
was
no
water
in
the
shower
outside
the
swimming
pool.
There
were
a
lot
of
stones
in
the
swimming
pool.
There
are
no
towels
near
swimming
pool.
When
you
ask
the
reception
they
say
you
will
get
it
at
the
pool
and
after
some
time
when
there
are
still
no
towels,
and
we
ask
the
gate
security
that
is
when
they
call
the
reception
and
someone
brings
them.
3)
There
is
no
AC
Remote
for
the
gym
room.
There
is
no
staff
or
phone
is
the
gym
room
and
game
room
so
each
time
you
need
anything
you
have
to
go
to
reception.
The
temperature
is
set
and
when
you
ask
for
the
remote,
they
say
its
missing.
There
is
no
cooling
for
the
set
temperature.
There
is
no
table
rest
stick
for
pool.
4)
When
main
electricity
supply
cuts
off,
automatically
the
generator
supply
should
turn
on
and
vice
versa
and
the
duration
between
this
should
be
of
a
few
seconds
but
here,
the
duration
was
quite
long.
5)
The
website
has
mentioned
BAR
as
well
and
in
the
resort
they
have
signs
for
BAR,
but
there
is
no
bar
set
up
yet
(No
License).
