BEWARE! YOU WILL BE CHARGED WITHOUT ANY FACILITIES! I came to India from New Zealand after 3 years thats why I had to go on a vacation with my family. This was the worst vacation I have ever had and I really regret choosing Rudra Resort (Kolad). My mom is active member of Club Mahindra, Royal Resorts and Country Club so we are well aware of the rules. We visited this resort as it is a tie up resort with Country Club. 1) I visited with my mom, dad and brother. Since we booked through Country Club we could only get 1 room as it is a tie up resort. Upon arrival we were told that dual occupancy is allowed and they can provide 1 extra bed for 3rd person but nothing for the 4th person and charges for the 3rd person will reflect on the bill upon checkout. When asked about the 4th person we were told by the reception staff (trainee) that he could stay in the dormitory as a driver which was not possible as we are a family of 4. Upon requesting for extra room we were told they can’t give us extra room as we cane through Country Club. They also took ID of myself, my mom and dad so we adjusted my brother in our room with any extra bed or facilities for 4th person. Upon checkout, the manager included the extra bed charges for 4th person. When my dad asked about it to the manager, he started to argue. My dad asked the manager to write on the bill that no facilities were provided for the 4th person but the manager said NO so he asked the manager to stamp the bill he refused. He asked the manager for contact details of the owner but he didn’t give that either. When my dad proceeded with the payment, the resort had network issue due to which the payment couldn’t be processed for about 30 minutes so cash payment had to be made. When asked why were we given wrong information that we cannot get extra room, the manager said the person who gave this information was trainee and when asked how come you leave the resort for a trainee to look after we were told that the manager himself was in the office but didn’t come out at the reception. 2) We stayed from 7-9 June 2022. There was no water in the shower outside the swimming pool. There were a lot of stones in the swimming pool. There are no towels near swimming pool. When you ask the reception they say you will get it at the pool and after some time when there are still no towels, and we ask the gate security that is when they call the reception and someone brings them. 3) There is no AC Remote for the gym room. There is no staff or phone is the gym room and game room so each time you need anything you have to go to reception. The temperature is set and when you ask for the remote, they say its missing. There is no cooling for the set temperature. There is no table rest stick for pool. 4) When main electricity supply cuts off, automatically the generator supply should turn on and vice versa and the duration between this should be of a few seconds but here, the duration was quite long. 5) The website has mentioned BAR as well and in the resort they have signs for BAR, but there is no bar set up yet (No License).

Rudra Resort have amazing Infrastructure. ✅Facilities Provided: Spa, Recreation room, Library, Swimming pool, Gym. ✅Room: Rooms are very clean and they electric kettle for making tea and coffees. Room service are very slow, they take about 20-25 minutes after calling even on weekdays . ✅Activities: Swimming, Badminton, Kids playground, Chess, Carrom, Gym. ✅Staff : Supportive Staff. Always have your confirmation about river rafting booking and room booking on mail. They changed the prices, by the time we confirmed for River Rafting. Beware! ✅River Rafting Booking: ₹1300-₹1700 per person Booking can be done via Reception of Resort. You can contact the resort for booking your river rafting activity. ✅Food: Food here is very costly as well as don't expect great quality. Since there is no resturant in the vicinity you have to depend only on resort for your food. Also kindly check the timing before going out for activity. ✅Disable accessibility: Yes Resort is accessible to disable as the have wheel chair supporting landscape.

We had a pleasant experience with this property located at Kolad when we visited during monsoon. The property is located on the road and is spread over several hectares of land with landscaped gardens, illuminated pathway, nice swimming pool and a restaurant serving delicious food. The rooms are quite spacious and provide good comfort. The only drawback with the property is that it has no elevator as a result senior citizens and differently abled persons may find it difficult to climb upstairs.

We five seniors were looking for a quiet outing close to Mumbai with good food and pleasant surrounding with games and spa facilities. Rudra resort provided us all our requirements fully. Service while check in and check out was very efficient. Lastly the reservation was done, again efficiently by Ms. Tanaz. All 10 out of 10. We stayed at Rudra in second week of November 2022.

This place is hands down the best resort to stay if you ever go to Kolad. The Resort is quite amazing. We had booked for 2 nights and were provided with a room overlooking the mountain. As it was rainy season we enjoyed the climate and the mountain covered with clouds. The rooms were quite good in space and it was comfortable too. The staff was really helpful and accommodative. The restaurant food was really delicious. The pool size is nice long.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our company's visitor/ auditor at Hotel JUSTA RUDRA RESORT & SPA in Kolad, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Mr. Ulhas, (FBM) was incredibly accommodating and made sure that all our requirements were met, along with Mr. Swagat, Mr. Avinash, and Mr. More, ensured that our guests felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable service, the hospitality team, provided impeccable service, always with a smile. The food served was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The prompt and in-time service truly stood out, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence. The quality and variety of food were top-notch, exceeding our expectations. In summary, our experience at Hotel JUSTA RUDRA RESORT & SPA was characterized by good staff, led by Mr. Ulhas, excellent food quality, impeccable service, and on-time presentation. I highly recommend this establishment for both business and leisure travellers.

Property is nice, but the actual problems are their management team, they behave like unprofessional with the guests, rude talks, most of the staff they hired are doing their internship, service is very slow, if you ask them for anything you have to remind them for several times then also don't expect anything from them, if you come here then forget to connect with others through you mobiles, no. Network here and wifi connections is. Like a hell, I'm staying here with my since last 2 days personally I'm not happy with justa staff, you dissappointed us!!!

Quite good hotel especially rooms. It was my first ever stay here and it has turned out to be amazing. Kamlesh & Soham have been true to their guest delight commitment. Have made genuine efforts to make our stay memorable. Good hotel to have ab amazing experience

Rooms were bigger. Well maintained rooms. Hospitality was good. Food was decent. This is the best hotel in the surrounding area. There are lots of places to explore around. It was raining when we were there. Amazing experience.

We stayed at juSTa Rudra Resort and Spa at Kolad recently along with family friends. It was an amazing experience. Management and service staff is very professional right from booking, check-in, room service etc. Facility is huge with a nice swimming pool, Gym, sports room, tennis court etc. Kids enjoyed a lot. Food was awesome (we would like to visit again just to eat Mahrashtrain food) :) What we like most that the management team and the staff took care of each and every detail to make our trip a memorable experience. If you are planning for a trip... highly recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly. Food is good, if the spice level in buffet does not suit you then they make it as per your preference. Very neat and clean property. Lots is space to walk, biggest swimming pool & there are activities like cricket / tennis, etc .

Comfortable and aesthetic rooms, helpful and truly dedicated staff, amazing hospitality at a very beautiful location. It’s a calm and welcoming place for solo travellers, trips with family and friends. Manage your commute by yourself and you are good to go for the perfect leisure experience!

We visited for a group of 4 couples and 4 kids (6yr olds) Jan end 2023. We stayed on Ground Floor rooms with a patio (only rooms to have so and there are 5 of these). Other than these there are standard rooms and cottages available. The rooms are decent. about the location- this resort is located in a middle of nowhere! Theres nothing around 8-10 kms around so whatever u need pls get beforehand. The resort is perfect for large groups as it has lot of open space and people can do group activities. Only thing to do outside the resort will be rafting and bungee jumping. Zip line was closed at our time of visit. These activities are around 10-12 kms away from the resort. Food and beverage is an area which can be improved as the food quality and ambience is not commensurate to the prices being charged. Recommend to prebook buffet as there is no decent place to eat anywhere nearby. The swimming pool is absolutely great with sun chairs, shower areas etc. The indoor games room has chess, carrom, pool, table tennis. Recommend to carry your TT bat and ball.

Location of this resort was quite dense. Nothing nearby except for Mountains. You have to depend totally on resort for anything u need as nothing nearby for atleast 12 to 15 kms. Food and rooms were ok. Spa and swimming pool was great.cwe got complimentary yoga session and the got room with front view which was amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back.

Amazing resort. Secluded location. Good food and property is pretty too. Would definitely advise to stay. You can book rafting at the hotel itself.

Stayed 2 nights, such a beautiful resort with all facilities. We were a group of 37 people and there was remote checkin facility which made our entry to the rooms within a minute. Rooms were spacious with all amenities. Had variety of delicious food. Pool maintained excellent, chlorine level in the pool water was just right. Such a huge resort still staff were present immediate on call.

Lovely place and location. Serene quite and lots of greenery. Went for a yoga camp about a 100 of us. The yoga studio has all that all one can ask for. A lovely spa too

Resort like a Palace. Close to Kolad. Good Roads . Very attentive and cordial Staff. Gym SPA Swimming pool Play Area all needed for a Memorable Holiday is available. Very Enjoyable Experience.

The stay was incredible! Whole resort was peaceful and had best interiors.. specially the paintings.. the best part was the spa.. the masseuse was so good and had amazing experience altogether..

Fairly decent place for a 2 day stay cation. Their unique feature is a custom built Yoga hall with all the props and fixtures needed by the Iyengar Yoga School.

It's a retreat. A place to chill and recuperate in pristine surroundings. Very poor cell network so work was totally off the mind. Went there for a Yoga learning session. The Yoga Hall is amazingly equipped with all kinds of props and air-conditioned. The service is outstanding, the food is absolutely delicious. Lot of care is taken to keep your stay as a home away from home. Go with family and friends. One will not regret the decision.
