Products are good but Unprofessional and pathetic service. Ordered a study desk last week and they delivered a different product and made me wait for a week for replacing it. The replacement was also faulty. Poor communication among them leaves the customer bamboozled. Inspite of being polite and following them regularly they took me for granted. They gonna learn it the hard way. Good Product poor Service !

Damaged Product Delivered - NO Return / Refund or Replacement Issued(Order ID : Order ID # 189717) . Never Buy even for Free Ordered for a Jet Side Board Table ( Order ID # 189717). The item was delivered after 6 weeks , wooden carpenter had come to assemble the product after another 2 weeks . However , the carpenter had noticed that the product was damaged / broken at multiple places and hence arranged for a return / reverse pickup on 16 Nov The company have not bothered about trying to do anything for return / refund or replace the product. As of 25 Nov i have no product at my house and have paid close to 30,000 for Jet side board. This is my worst online shopping experience till date and had caused mental agony and torture. Customer care is pointless keep you waiting for 20 mins to talk to a customer care representative and it does not yield any outcomes. With a lot of struggle managed to get an alternate product delivered. But in general quality of products are not very good @ wooden street.

Pathetic service offered.. Product received was defective design. Cracks has been formed within 3months.. They have taken back the item.. Returned it without repairing it. Thats how they work.. I still understand how they have 4star rating. Will ensure come to 2 star atleast by this month end..

I ordered a coffee table & a bed. It got delivered after 2 months and the delivery person forgot the parts of the bed, then when we opened the bed it was broken. The production manager promised & told they will resend another broken part within 1 week. After 1 month they delivered the product with a long dragging. After 2 yrs when I am shifting, I noticed the plywood is filled with fungus & the bed has a lot of cracks .. can’t believe a wooden bed which is 2 yr old lightly used is having cracks.. this talks about the quality of the product & the company won’t cover it under warranty cos it’s more than a yr. I won’t purchase from here again .. very bad quality of products

All that glitters is not gold..... You pay in full and wait for the order. I paid on March 14th and got the product in May end which is obviously more than 4 or 7 wk promise date. I was told that the product had a defect and quantity is their primary moto. Hence the delay. Now I am waiting for them to pick the product back to the warehouse to be fixed. Status has been the same since 10th June. On June 18th they send a guy totally out of the blue to collect the product with little to noting of a proof of pick up

The sales person in the store is very good in explaining the product and has good knowledge. But delivery timeline is PATHETIC. They get the full money upfront and one has to forget the order. They take ages. When I’m posting this comment, it’s been 5 weeks and against 2 orders I did not get one full delivery (ordered dining table and sofa. They only delivered chairs till now. No idea on sofa and dining table. They expect you to sit on the chair and keep the table on the floor to eat) Status after 15 days: status quo. No idea about the delivery. The customer service gives only vague commitment. The dining table shows as processed but it’s not shipped. Not sure if it’s really manufactured or just a fake update. Never ever order in wooden street to save the peace of mind

We ordered a product a month ago and still not delivered, no tentative delivery date and proper response. Do some better basics. There are many other ways to earn money. Don't cheat like this. This review is exactly what we are experiencing. Got the king size bed, side tables and dressing tables. All the products were delivered to my home on time and installed easily.

I bought a carpet for 15K. The order number is 295550. The product isn't good. Every day, wool gets sheered out. That's making our hall awful. I've contacted support multiple times. Every time, I get false promises. Initially, they said one person would come and check. Afterward, they sent me an automated email saying their products are best when shipped. I was promised a call back, but no one called. Poor product/delayed shipping/poor service. Don't buy anything from wooden-street.

After six months of searching for contemporary furniture that would fit our home, we finally found this store. This showroom is amazing. I have placed many orders in hopes of receiving everything quickly and safely.

Ordered for a queen-size bed (24.8.22) ,sofa cum bed centre table and bedsheets(1.9.22). To my dismay till this date , the bed has been delivered. I was informed that the other items are out for delivery since 29.09.2022 (of course both locations are in Chennai) but the waiting continues. So far never ever I had such a bad and unprofessional experience with any order made across online or offline mode (even during covid outbreak when strict restrictions were inplace). The showroom staffs are good but are they really helpless to do anything for timely delivery. Are you people concerned about only payment. Once amount is paid, customer is left at the mercy of delivery people (who is still out for delivery for past 4 days). One person Mr. Senthil(name as per true caller) asked me to call delivery person directly and informed that it is not his lookout to check with delivery team. So clearly the onus lies with customer. Pl introspect and improve. Mere response to this review will not help.

While the salesman was good, the service is pathetic. I had bad experiences in 2 transactions. Bought some furniture from store with a promise that we would get 5% instant discount on HDFC credit card. We never got the discount and have been following up for long. Online complaint raised is still pending and have not got a response even after 8 days. Their contact no. given on site is not working. Bought a wall clock online and it was delivered with a broken glass and faulty mechanics - the hand showing seconds on the wall gets stuck in hands showing minutes and doesn't move. I understand that the product is neither manufactured nor quality checked by Wooden street. It comes directly from other vendor, they just give their site just like amazon to other vendors to sell the products. They never came back on complaint raised online on their support link.

The perfect size for a laptop and a printer on a filing cabinet next to it got from WoodenSTreet. Even though the drawers aren't very deep. People always say how cute the little desk is!The Rogzer high-back office chair is extremely relaxing. Back seat have nice cushion. It rolls well. Very happy with the buy!

Bought 2 outdoor chairs for my ranch, then 6 more for my home. These chairs take whatever the weather throws at them and still look stylish and are comfortable. They are replacing my old chairs because they are easy to move around and have superior degree of comfort but are also easy to get out of. Excellent design!

Ordered a sofa cum bed from wooden street and we regret the purchase! The product was defective at the time of delivery itself. We have been following up for a replacement for the last 3 months and no proper response. No one takes accountability. We have reached out to the local staff named Senthil and he doesn't have a track of the order number or the complaint raised by us. Every time we call him for an update, he'll ask us what the problem is and we need to explain everything from scratch. The so called support team is also useless. We have paid 45k for the product and it's a total waste of money. Will never recommend this shop to anyone. Worst experience with them!

While selling furniture they will say service will be provided if under warranty and arrange carpenter as chargeable if out of warranty Be careful warranty is only for one year and after that call center wil respond we cannot provide any support I went to pallikaranai showroom to arrange carpenter no response. Again reached call center they said my order ID cannot be located not sure why when My order ID was located with my mobile by call center agent and Pallikaranai showroom before. SERVICE IS Horrible. Please consider multiple time before you buy from wooden street I am writing this since I received no support from wooden street even after giving feedback about service
